Every day I do BPC 500mcg, once in the morning and once at night. I inject subcutaneously at the injury site, alternating between my left and right elbows.

On top of that, I take TB-4\500 2.5mg on Mondays and Thursdays, mixed together with the BPC.

Honestly, the healing I'm seeing isn't any better than what I'd get from basic ice, Aleve, physical therapy, and going easier in training.

Does anyone have input on this protocol? Am I underdosing? Should I be pinning the TB more often?

I've got a fresh batch on the way from ERP and I'm only around halfway through the kits I have now. So if ramping up is the move, I'm covered.

Hi, I managed to get it working, but what exactly are the elbow problems you're looking to fix? Also, is it possible the product is bad — meaning it isn't genuine BpC or TB-500? And how much time have you spent on it? And are you getting enough collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C?

Up until now, ERP products have never given me trouble. That changed today, though. Something about the outer caps on the TB-500 vials makes them hard to remove. One of them got caught on the metal, and despite trying to be careful, it tore down the side and the plug came loose — so that one was a loss.

Vitamin C is part of my routine.

Which type of collagen should I be using, and what about hyaluronic acid? Could you share an Amazon link if you have one?

Hmm, ERP isn't something I'm sure about. Alright, collagen peptides are available that combine hyaluronic acid and vitamin C... The key is checking that every collagen peptide type is included, I, II, III, IV, V, VI... plus marine collagen, which typically comes from krill and beats bovine collagen. And don't forget: 30 grams per day is what you need to take in.

I went through a 10mg vial, taking 5mg of each compound, and it stretched out to 8 days with daily injections of 250mcg per compound.

My rotator cuff injury is about 80% healed, and I did feel the effects. So I've placed another order.

Something along these lines?

Every type is included. 30 grams of what — protein?

I was on 1mg of TB and BPC every day. Nothing happened. A buddy of mine had the exact same experience.

Both of us have cut it out of what we do.

When it comes to marine collagen, is there a fishy odor or flavor? If so, that would rule it out for me.

Same here, so that's why I don't... Actually, certain bovine items carry an odor that marine ones lack. I take it further by mixing in green cardamom powder...to get the extra Irisin advantage.

This is what Gemini had to say about it.

Research has explored a connection between cardamom powder and irisin, looking at whether spices in the diet can affect metabolic health.

Findings from studies involving overweight or obese individuals with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) point to a rise in serum irisin when green cardamom is taken every day.

National Institutes of Health (.gov)

How the Two Are Connected

  • What exactly is Irisin? A myokine — hormone-like in nature and released by muscle — that exercise sets off. It has a meaningful part in energy expenditure, thermogenesis (converting fat to heat), and better insulin sensitivity.
  • Where Cardamom Comes In: Flavonoids and polyphenols are abundant in cardamom. According to research, these active plant compounds are able to activate the

    PGC-1 ALPHA

pathway — a central controller of energy metabolism — which then drives irisin release and circulation throughout the body.

Main Benefits Seen in Research

Through raising irisin levels alongside anti-inflammatory pathways, cardamom supplementation has been linked in clinical settings to:

  • Improved Insulin Sensitivity: Less insulin resistance and lower HOMA-IR scores.
  • Better Lipid Profiles: Lower triglycerides and reduced LDL ("bad") cholesterol.
  • Reduced Liver Fat: Better overall fatty liver grade among overweight or obese patients

My RS gets solid outcomes from different Wolverine stack ratios. I just put together a custom batch: 7 vials of BPC-157 plus 4 vials of TB4 (TB-500). Each BPC vial actually weighed 12mg, and the TB4 came in at 11.5mg. That gave me 84mg BPC-157 and 46mg TB4. Every vial was reconstituted with 1ml BAC. From that I calculated 764mcg BPC-157 and 418mcg TB4 for each 10 unit dose. Taken twice a day, that works out to 1.53mg and .84mg total. Does anybody spot any problems with this? Thanks.

That's pretty close to what I run each week: 7mg of BPC plus 5mg of TB. The one real distinction is that my TB goes in on Mondays and Thursdays. After checking the half-life on both, they look like they're measured in hours. Makes me question where I originally picked up my TB dosing schedule.

Looking back at what I've done, my tb protocol started with a loading phase: 1mg daily for 4-6 weeks, after which I tapered down to 2.5 on Mondays and Thursdays until the kit ran out.

Results have been pretty underwhelming so far, though I did start including collagen peptides this week.

You might want to give the klow stack a shot. KPV works incredibly well

3 weeks in, pinning 2x a day, and honestly the outcome is debatable at best. There might be some mild broad recovery plus reduced swelling, but nothing that stands out.

Once my kits run out, I doubt I'll do another round. For the past few weeks I've stayed out of the gym, and today I went back for the first time to try chest presses. At rest there was no soreness or ache, but the moment I began pressing, neither elbow could go past 90 degrees without pain. So I stuck to partials and called it there.

I'll continue with the collagen and BPC until I'm out, then I'll likely book a session with a PT. My guess is that by now it's all scar tissue. Carpal tunnel symptoms still come and go, which tells me the joint is still inflamed.
