Starting a run of HGH

Here is one data point. I think the point is if you miss a day randomly, oh well, because there actually protocols suggesting that. I prefer every day but found it negligible if missed a day because out at a late dinner, then crash when home, for example.

I kind of took the same stance. Take it everyday, if you miss a day or two in between, so be it.

Here’s a recommendation: with the long-acting version, I find I have to eat dinner too early to avoid going to bed with a full stomach, which is often impossible for me. I wake up very early—around 5:00 or 6:00 AM—and administer the injection intramuscularly then; this ensures the peak occurs after an hour and a half, maximizing the fat-loss effect. I lift weights at 7:00 AM, and then, around 7:40 AM, I do LISS training (low-intensity cardio at 120 bpm) for at least 30 minutes.

With this protocol, I’ve noticed significantly more fat loss compared to the nighttime injection method, even with the same caloric intake.

Another thing to note is that I don't eat my post-workout meal until at least 10:00 or 11:00 AM; I’ve read studies showing that the post-workout metabolic window actually extends for several hours, rather than lasting just the half-hour people commonly believe.

Learning so many things. Do you HAVE to inject IM? Or is this a preference?

I love this rec for maximizing fat loss. I'm also trying to improve sleep though. Been on tesa/ipa for six-ish months and it's helped a little. I wonder if I would miss the sleep benefits by taking it in the morning? I track my sleep (oura ring) and wondered if you did too and have any personal data showing one way or another if HGH has had an impact on your sleep?

Went to the doc this morning. Looks like this is most likely from the resort hot tub i went in. nothing to do with peps or GH.

Curious if you don't mind saying, does your doc know about HGH and peps etc? I haven't started HGH but I ordered some while I wait on IGF and other numbers (blood drawn last week, just awaiting results). I've been telling my PCP for a long time I'm on peps and heretofore, she just said "I don't know what that is, but your labs are great. Keep doing whatever you're doing." I'll be curious if this year's physical will be different now that everyone is talking about peptides suddenly. I do think if I say the words HGH in her office she'll have a meltdown-- just a suspicion. But I wish I could tell her.

Keep looking there are many vendors carrying it. You can even find vendors in the vendors area on this forum that have it.

The only vendors I've found here that have it are these weird untested vendors that seem brand new, post a lot of ads, and have zero reviews. Or bad ones. Lobster has an $800 minimum. ERP is out and seems to maybe have stopped carrying it along with several others who used to. I have found luck with some GBs, but @sfkid ain't lying... it's tough for GH rn.

if you use the search function and search in Market place vendors for h36, you get tons of results with vendors that have stock...

Here is one that comes up and they've been around for a long time...

Plus the recent ERP, WBS, etc. HGH tested not so great on purity and dimer. Tracy usually tests good if he doesn't screw you some other way but 🤮. You need to find a group buy if you want Lobster without the $800 min and customs risk.

Never used them but they sure ban a lot of members for posts that 'violate' their rules in the testing subgroup.

She knows I used compounded Tirz and about my TRT. I haven't had an HGH conversation with her and I don't know that I will. She's happy with what i'm doing, normal BP from very high, healthy weight from too heavy, under 150 total cholesterol from over 220. Basically she says keep doing what you're doing too, but she's no dummy.

Glad to hear your checking your numbers first. Smart way to go.

Do you know where I can find the ERP HGH test results. I bought 3 kits of the H24 when they had it available a couple months ago. I have not used any of it yet as I work through my older stash, but I would be interested in understanding how those tested out. They are not posted on the ERP website that I can find. Guessing by design…
