I'm a middle-aged guy who stays pretty active — I lift 3-4 times a week, keep an eye on what I eat, put in 70 miles a week on the road bike, and log 7-9k steps a day. Right now I'm running reta and just wrapped up week 5. Lately I've been " digging into " which compounds might work well alongside Reta. CJC/IPA crossed my mind, but MOTS is also on my radar. Oddly, the piece I linked didn't mention MOTS at all.

In your experience, what actually moves the needle for athletic output? Personally, I'd love to see better endurance both on the bike and in the gym. MOTS looks like it could deliver that, and the price isn't crazy.

Curious what everyone thinks. Appreciate it!

Personally, I take mots-c on alternate days, and I alternate ss31 with slupp332, leaving 2 days in between. NAD+ was something else I tried, yet I couldn't detect any real change when it came to overall energy.

How many weeks does a MOTS cycle run? Appreciate the details.

With mots-c, I don't run it in cycles. Instead, I alternate ss31 and slupp332, doing 6 weeks on each.

So, TY, on Mots indefinitely

Right — ss31 and slupp are the only things I cycle. Still, just sharing what I've personally gone through.

When it comes to activities such as cycling, the answer really hinges on what you're after—do you want to push higher mileage and power, or is your priority bouncing back quickly so you can get on the bike more often? Here are some suggestions!

MOTS-C - Boosts glucose absorption by muscles and raises total energy use.

BPC-157 & TB500 (Wolverine Stack) or try KLOW to also get GHK-CU and KPV Advantages: Better recuperation between workouts and less muscle tightness, plus a clear decrease in joint pain and swelling.

If I had to pick just one peptide for longer distances, I'd lean toward recovery rather than performance—though if cost isn't a concern, stack both!

I dig your approach, ha! I might actually go for it, since I barely notice any side effects that seem concerning.

Fellow rider here — haha! Have a great time out there on your rides! Getting older sure doesn't do our bodies any favors 🙂

I ride mountain bikes — that's what got me into shape 35 yrs back. I've kept at it, and roughly 15 years ago I began lifting weights to fix structural imbalances caused by spending too much time on the bike and at a desk.

53, about to turn 54. TRT started around 8 yrs ago at 120mg per week (divided dosing), plus HCG .5mg2x/wk. That worked well for me for quite a while.

Tadalafil came on board last year, and this year I've added Reta, Tesamorelin, and Wolverine blend (bpc 157/TB 500).

All of it has stacked positively for performance, recovery, and general energy. I've also seen better flexibility and reduced neck stiffness.

The one problem: Max HR has climbed because of the Reta (used to be 181-185, now 205-209). The advice I've gotten is to keep an eye on it without fixating, since it's clearly from the Reta and lines up with the resting HR bump I've had (49-51 up to around 65). This has me thinking about switching to Tirz, though there's also the suggestion that HR should settle back to baseline after a 6-8month adjustment period.

V02 max is 47, FTP is 250, max wattage is 1354, sustained wattage of 1050 for 20 seconds (all recorded this past Sunday).

Hope this helps.

Not a peptide, but bromantane is worth researching. It works well for endurance. It reduces how hard things feel, and it doesn't cause jitters or a crash. However, you can't use it in events that are WADA tested.

Provided a higher HR doesn't bother you, clen, cialis, and ephedra work well for aerobic endurance. Also, keep an eye on SLU-PP-915 and go after it... You can thank me afterward.

I've never come across a single person whose cardio or endurance improved because of clen. What I do see is heart rate spiking, breathing getting fast, and those muscle cramps that supposedly taurine fixes — yet in real life, I've never met a soul for whom taurine actually did the job.

Indeed, that's accurate. I'm a stranger to you.

Kidding aside, back when I was competing, clen was a miracle for many once ephedrine was gone, following Mark Vivien Foe's death. Dehydration and nutrient imbalance typically cause those muscle cramps. Dosage must be handled carefully, just as with bronchodilators, clenbuterol, or salbutamol. Then think about heart rate elevation and quickened breathing. In moderation, these are outcomes of exercise mimetics, which replicate the effects of aerobic exercise.

Yeah, that substance sounds like it would be overkill for what I'm after, though naturally I've come across mentions of it. The contributions everyone has made to this thread are really helpful ! Thanks a lot

For a stimulant boost, ephedrine stands out, though it puts significant strain on the heart. Clen is something I'd steer clear of—it's less effective and, in my view, even tougher on the heart.

Cardarine is another option. It isn't a peptide or an adrenergic receptor agonist, but it shines for endurance performance, arguably surpassing even ephedrine. I wouldn't use it continuously, but brief cycles are acceptable.

Wanted to add my 2 cents about clen — it does have a role. When bodyfat is already low and you're eating in a deficit, it helps hold onto some muscle and speeds up the cut. Sides at 30 or 40 mcg aren't too rough and are manageable. Going above 80mcg is something I'd never do, and 2 weeks is the max run length. Plenty of folks have used clen without issues, you just need to be cautious. If you've got cardiac or neurological problems, skip it. The heart apoptis findings came from rodents given enormous doses. I've had a bottle of 100 30mcg tabs sitting around for over 2 years and only about half is gone.
