KPV at 1 Month: My Experience

About 14 days back, I began a daily dose of 1mg kpv, and what I've seen is that my skin has become incredibly soft—practically velvety to the touch.

My nights are restful as well.

At the moment, my only stack is Reta 2.5mg taken 2x per week alongside the kpv. I plan to introduce BPC before long.

I'm not asking to be hand-held on this. I came across a claim that a certain kpv vial contained zero kpv, though I can't recall the source—I read about peptides in many places. That said, could you share a shortened reference for a supplier you trust? Or point me toward a group buy that tends to be dependable. No hurry on my end. Thanks.

I'm guessing the pain returns after stopping? Apologies, I'm new to this.
On 6/12 I'll begin cycling off, so I'll keep you posted. My plan is to pause for 2 weeks and then start up again to observe the results. Right now everything is just trial and error. Taking it daily forever makes me a bit uneasy. That said, if the pain returns in full force, I'm allowed to reconsider. 😉

I’ll send you a direct message. A group buy is currently underway that offers both a solid price and testing. That said, look into the group yourself before committing, and don’t put your trust in anyone—myself included.

The price of testing for KPV is brutal.

Would you mind passing along the info to me too? I've got a kit on the way, but I'm having a hard time locating a testing group, so I may pick up extra if a chance comes up.

Wishing you the best of luck, and I'm eager to hear how things go. Today marks day 4 for me, and my hope is that it eases at least a portion of my pain.

KPV has been part of my routine for just over 2 weeks, and honestly I haven't felt this good in a long time. There's no single thing I can put my finger on — I just feel improved overall.

For the first time in years, I came down my stairs this morning the way a normal person would. Normally, right after getting out of bed, it's one foot per step.

I'm on reta and some weight has come off, so that's certainly a factor, but my strong suspicion is that KPV is responsible for the larger share of the change.

KPV also combines nicely with other peptides that aren't GLP-related, so you can draw them into one syringe just before you inject.

I went ahead and placed an order for KPV. The main reason is that GHK cu keeps leaving me with red, irritated patches at the injection site, and no amount of dilution seems to fix it. On top of that, I'm planning to begin MOTS c roughly 10 days from now, and I keep coming across reports that its injection site problems are worse than what GHK cu causes. Right now I'm at just 2mg of GHK cu, and while there's no sting or burn anymore, I still end up with a red, itchy spot that lingers for a few days.

That's really great. I recently placed an order for KLOW, and this will mark my first exposure to KPV. Looking forward to giving it a shot, even if I can't isolate which component is responsible for what.

KLOW works well, though I have to point out that KPV on its own feels noticeably different compared to when it's part of the KLOW mix.

In addition to the KLOW, I also inject KPV solo. (at separate times)
In the morning I dose 1mg of KPV on its own. Then in the evening I take another 1mg, this time combined with GHK-CU. My mix: 50mg GHK plus 20mg KPV in a 1-5ml vial, giving a 2.5mg/1mg dose.
I have to try this too. How do you go about it?

I mix 3ml bac into a 1-50mg vial of GHK-CU, and 1ml bac into each of 2 1-10mg vials of KPV. Then I combine all 3 vials into a single 1-5ml vial.

Every 25 units gives 2.5/1mg

Really appreciate it. About to grab a few 5ml ones.

Leaving MOTS-C to rest for roughly 20 minutes in a dark cabinet has made a real difference for me — the unpleasant effects are noticeably reduced.

Since I chose to take a couple of weeks off, I figured I'd share where things stand. Only 4 days in, and every bit of my joint and hip pain has returned in full force. I'm already considering restarting. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but nothing unusual has happened that would explain the pain. My plan is to look into whether there are any problems with using KPV long term, then decide by weighing the risk against the reward.

Once I had completed 3 months of Tirz and confirmed that every side effect had passed, I chose to introduce KPV because of what it might do for inflammation. On Tirz alone, inflammation had already started improving quite quickly, and I was curious whether adding KPV could push those results further. My routine is .5(500mcg) right after waking up. Around 5 days in, changes began to show. So far there has been no ISR and no side effect at all.

Things that stood out clearly:

  • Getting out of bed is simpler and needs no warm-up. Before, I would stay seated on the mattress, slowly circling my ankles, shifting my knees slightly, and so on, before letting my legs take any weight. These days I simply pop up.
  • The hip pain that used to wake me when I turned onto that side during sleep has disappeared.
  • By day 20, carpal tunnel/wrist pain had mostly resolved. Every now and then I still feel a brief stab of pain when lifting something heavy.
  • Softball and playing with the kids leave me less sore. (On days when I have active plans, I raise the dose to 1mg, maybe 2x a week as needed)
  • Energy is higher. I planted a garden, carried bags of soil, bent over repeatedly, and only felt mildly sore the following day. Previously that would have wiped me out for 2 or 3 days.
Uncertain whether these are connected

  • After KPV was added, weight loss climbed back to 1.2 lb a week even though my Tirz dose stayed the same. I had been plateaued at roughly .5 a pound a week.
  • Stomach problems have improved a lot, acid reflux especially.
  • My hands appear to function better, with less finger cramping, and my knuckles are visible again. Less inflammation. (I cannot tell whether this comes from Tirz or KPV, or whether I simply missed it before)
  • Waking up is easier and I no longer linger in bed as long.
Since all of us are basically trying to work out what suits us while human trial science remains very limited, I figured I would post this.
Is there anyone dealing with psoriasis who is currently taking kpv?
Indeed! After 1 month at 500mcg per day, it's about 90% recovered
This is really good to hear. My psoriasis is awful — it covers every hairy spot on my head and face. My beard, moustache, eyebrows and scalp are all affected, and it's miserable. I began KPV last week at 0.5mg, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
My situation is comparable. Combining 1mg KPV with 1mg BPC has made a huge difference. The improvement was so pronounced that I went long periods without even thinking about moisturizing.

Benefits don't appear right away.

I recently placed an order for a 30mg KPV kit, which came to $95 with shipping included, sourced through a gb. It's good to hear this.

That first time I stopped, it only took a few days before I realized skipping it was a terrible idea, so I hopped back on and continued for roughly 2 more months. This current break, my second one, has been different — the pain didn't start creeping back until about 2 weeks in, and even now it's milder than before.

From what I've dug up, nothing points to long-term use being harmful, nor does anything suggest cycling is required. That said, inflammation isn't always the enemy — the body actually relies on some of it to heal — so occasionally taking a break could make sense. When it comes to systemic, chronic inflammation, though, KPV is the GOAT!

KPV has been great for me! I pair it with glow since I’m eager to get the dosing in.

I’m not giving it up. Besides easing my pain, it’s also doing good things for my IBS.
