Try Glp1plotter: enter your doses and it produces an estimated graph of blood levels over time. That is the simplest way to understand how these drugs behave over time.
The absorption half life is roughly 24h, and longer for reta, before blood levels peak after a dose, so peak effects 24 hours later are to be expected, though these effects vary a lot and might take only hours. Reaching peak levels after starting or increasing a dose takes 4 weeks, which is why you wait 4 weeks before raising doses, because of the week or so half life of these drugs.
Early doses produce extremely variable effects. Since you noticed effects from the first 2.5mg dose of tirz, you are at least fairly sensitive to it, and if you were already on 1mg of reta then your total dose is closer to 3.5mg. I am not sure how much weight you are trying to lose or whether it is mostly to try to reduce drinking; that makes a lot of difference in terms of what doses to aim for. If you are trying to lose 100 kilos, there is not a lot of point in taking forever to get the dose up towards maximum, unless side effects are a problem or the dose you are on is working perfectly.
