Hi!
I'm new to this. A few weeks back I began Reta at 0.5mg, then moved to 1mg.
Since Tirz is supposedly better—or more strongly—at curbing food and alcohol cravings (alcohol being my biggest issue), I chose to stack it with Reta.
Yesterday morning I pinned 2.5mg of Tirz (I know, I should have begun lower—that was a dumb move on my part), and throughout the day I felt little. Possibly slight appetite suppression, but nothing major, and I still drank as usual, unfortunately.
Today, though... I have absolutely no interest in food or drinking. There's even some nausea. Looking at food gives me an "uggg..." feeling inside.
This matches what another forum user told me—that Tirz hits him hardest on the second day after pinning.
So my question is... does any data exist on when these peps reach peak effects after pinning?
Personal stories are welcome too! But I'm curious whether there's measured data from trials, etc.
Thanks a lot!
