Gaining muscle while using peptides

I run cjc/ipa at 250/250 as well. Taking it fasted, right before sleep, makes it far more effective. Because of reta, my fasted window runs roughly 6 hours. I only dose on the days I choose. After a tough workout, I'll take it that night; if soreness lingers the following day, I'll take it once more. If I've eaten past 3pm, I skip the shot rather than waste it. Seeing how much better it performs while fasted is what pushes me to forgo dinner.

The initial step involves having a full hormone panel done. I use TRT along with gh. Even during future blast phases of cycling, I intend to keep taking Reta. Its benefits extend beyond fat reduction.

You've posted in the wrong place. The board you want for muscle-building compounds is Hormone/AAS Therepies & GLP-1s lol.

All jokes aside, though, some peptides can be useful for bodybuilding — just none of them build muscle directly. A bit of help can come from HGH, Tesa/Ipa, and insulin, while BPC157 and TB500 may support recovery from tough training sessions.

One warning: do not use insulin to build muscle, because there is a good chance you will kill yourself! The only reason I bring it up is that IFBB pros use it during bulking cycles. Using it correctly demands a lot of knowledge, and there is zero margin for error. A mistake will literally kill you!

Peptides won't help you put on muscle. Steroids are what you're actually referring to. For most people, steering clear of those is the wiser move — better to just keep showing up and lifting the heavy round things.
What about IGF1 LR3?

As others have pointed out, there is no such thing as an anabolic peptide. Even growth-hormone-releasing compounds such as sermorelin, ipamorelin, or tesamorelin will not build muscle. I gave them a shot, and although they do provide specific advantages, such as reducing visceral fat, you would be better served by anabolic steroids, testosterone at the very least.

The sole option that could potentially be of help is follistatin, a myostatin inhibitor, though it carries a risk of heart enlargement

How does MGF fit in?

Guys

if your goal is to put on muscle more quickly

only anabolic compounds are going to do the job ...

no pep is going to add 20 lbs of muscle in a year

but TRTx2 will !

Opinions I've come across on those are all over the place. A few people reported MGF made a real difference, others saw nothing from it, and there are even claims that it's frequently counterfeit.

When it comes down to it, we should all be clear about the reason we're here on this forum, and for me that reason is to understand how Pep's function and to get our own natural systems going. Sure, TRT packs on muscle quickly, but wow, it brings along its own batch of complications and things to handle. Putting on muscle while running Peps' pays off big, because you still have to put in the physical work along with solid nutrition across a stretch of time. Sure, it takes more time, but in my humble opinion it's far better over the long haul and better for longevity in general.

i am 100% behind Pep's paired with time and effort. versus quick and fast with the known TRT problems to deal with.

In my case Peps' hand me the energy and recovery plus far fewer other things to deal with. i also think that putting in the harder yards creates stronger, more resilient muscle structure, for the long term.

As always love to here from others either way ya flow

Are you trying to say that TRT alone puts on muscle without any hard training or dieting? It sounds like you're actually describing heavy AAS cycles and labeling them TRT. Even in that case, you'd still need to train brutally hard in the gym and keep your diet dialed in. TRT only brings your testosterone back to a normal, healthy level when it's medically low. It does support muscle protein synthesis, but it won't build muscle out of thin air. As for peptides, they don't really contribute to muscle protein synthesis at all. Their role is more about health and longevity than helping you add muscle. They can definitely help you get healthier, and that may support your fitness, but they won't build muscle for you, aside from a few very risky routes like insulin and GH abuse.

I have no personal experience with it, and the same goes for peg mgf. Based on what I've read, Mgf requires IM injections into every muscle you're targeting, and it has to be administered during or immediately after training — which is usually hard to pull off unless you're working out at home. The peg version is said to remain active for several days, but its side effects are more numerous and more pronounced. Even though I'm not keen on it, I may still give it a try at low doses over a brief stretch to support healing in my shoulder, knee and ankle.

Heavy strength training combined with tesamorelin or other GHRH analogs can offer a modest indirect benefit: while you're gaining weight, your body leans more toward building muscle rather than fat, and while you're losing weight, higher IGF-1 means the loss comes from fat. On a Reta and Tesa stack I've dropped roughly 15lbs and don't believe I've lost any muscle mass.
