This dates back a few weeks. Jano forwarded the sample to their national lab. The results from the national lab: negative for fent, and also negative for the top 15 fent analogues.

Reading this really got me anxious! I also just bought a 5 Amino kit.

If those were cut with fent, the money-hungry pricks would charge an extra 30 bucks per kit. 25,000 endos? "You got Kim Chee on a good day, knocked 7 dollars off a kit! Spread the word..."

I should mention that the vial they tested came from a brewer and was a premixed high dose 100mg/ml 20ml vial. It wasn't a standard lypholizied 5am vial.

Aren't the main things exported from China mostly precursors? Would the risk level be similar for those?

I recall that during the previous year, a member of our TRI letter group ran into legal trouble over this.

So could it be that a batch gets produced and then isn't cleaned properly?

Yes.

The thinking was contamination from whoever did the brewing — it was a small setup, home-based.

Personally, I suspect that 5am interacts somehow with the dip-style tests.

I ran a fent test on another vial of the high dose 5am, this one from a vendor with a solid reputation. It was a vial I'd used without any issue. That vial also came back positive.

Should anyone want them, I'm willing to share my results. Under no circumstances will I reveal the vendor's name.

Wow… 5 Amillion now?!

I’ve actually seen street Fent before. It was no bigger than the tip of a pencil.

And the person on it had OD’d — blue lips, blue face — and they were hitting him with Narcan.

(E) He made it!!!! He’s clean and thriving now. Watching that just completely stunned me.

Test 3: 4iu BAC plus 1iu 5AM

After the positive fentanyl strip results that were tied to liquid 5-Amino-1MQ sold by the vendor Beebo, Vanguard Laboratory has now run more testing. Dustin from Vanguard tested 10 separate 5-Amino-1MQ samples from different suppliers, covering vials, capsules and an authenticated Sigma-Aldrich reference standard.

At high concentration, every sample, the reference standard included, gave a presumptive positive on the fentanyl strips. When the samples were diluted per the strip manufacturer’s instructions, though, all of them came back negative.

To me, that number seems really high.

I give my time to a non-profit that belongs to a friend.

We distribute fent tests and Narcan, plus we teach people in the community. My knowledge about fent is way beyond what I ever cared to have.

That's the reason I've got a million fent tests.

When the dilution guidelines aren't followed, that seems to be the case. Vanguard mentioned that their strips also show positive results, yet upon checking with LC-MS, the findings turn out negative. A positive strip merely indicates that more testing is needed, provided it's used as directed.

If street coke comes back positive, there's no way I'd touch it...just sayin'
