I figure I go through about 6ml monthly, since I mix up 2 vials of Reta using either 2 or 3ml each, based on how big they are.
For things such as glow, I added a bit extra to cut down on the sting. Today I also reconstituted several I hadn't tried before, including ss31, nad, gluta, & dsip.
For me, NAD+ (1000mg) causes a lot of stinging, so I mix it in this way to bring the Ph up to roughly 7:

- 6ml BAC & 2ml Sodium Bicarbonate @ 40 units for 50mg

The NAD+ vial I had before this one was at Ph 3 👎

Pens are what I use too, so once the peptide has been filtered, I load the pen cartridges. There are 2 that are completely full plus 1 that is only partly full, and I reach for that one first.
Yeah, for that one I used a larger amount of bac when reconstituting

Reta, mots-c, ss31, nad, gluta, selank, semax, glow, dsip, 5 amino. That should cover everything up to now, I believe. I dove straight in without hesitation.
Have you crossed paths with Mr Blonde at this point?
I had never heard of that person either, so probably not, lol
At the moment he’s taking a break, though going through his posts will be a good time. He’s the kind of guy who says “let’s goooOOOO!” too 😊
True, I usually go all in on things. Lol
Plenty of others are right there with you!

For Gluta by itself, 24ml gets used up over 2 months lol.

My rough breakdown of BAC usage per month right now:

Gluta 12ml - 2 1500mg bottles

Reta 1ml - 1 20mg

Klow 4ml - 2 bottles

HGH 3ml - 3 bottles

Cagri 1ml - 1 5mg bottle

Epitalon is around 3ml every 4 months, give or take

Tonight I reconstituted several peptides, and that means my initial Hospira bottle is now empty. Honestly, it felt great, haha.

*I only began peptides roughly 2 months back.
Last Friday I used up my 1st bottle of Bac water, and it felt like a milestone — seeing your post makes me feel so seen!

Getting through a Hospira bottle within your first 2 months is genuinely impressive. Peptides must be leaking out of your eyes

What's going into the mix alongside it? Did you get the 30ml Hospira, or was it a 10ml one from another brand?

THAT IS QUITE THE STACK!

I'll likely take some heat for saying this—but it's honestly strange how much reverence folks give hospira bac water. The way some talk about it, you'd swear it treats cancer.

When you strip it down, it's simply sterile water containing a little benzyl alcohol, and it measures at the right PH.

Wow. I figured I moved quickly. When you introduce something new, is it one at a time?

What method do you use to figure out which things are effective and which aren't??

I get what you mean, but I've seen plenty of reports where costly peptides turned to gel after mixing with the low-cost option. So I reach for it whenever possible. Sure, cutting costs is great, but if a vial gets wrecked, where's the savings?

My line of thinking was more along these lines

Sterile, pharmaceutical-grade water is far simpler to source (and the sterility of that water matters most, since it controls both the pH and the endotoxin content)

In the same way, pharma-grade BA is also quite easy to obtain.

Yet somehow, once you combine the two, it suddenly falls under heavy regulation, while picking them up individually remains incredibly simple. After that, all it takes is some straightforward arithmetic

And because you would likely be mixing up fairly sizable batches, the cash you save could go toward sending a sample out for pH/endotoxin testing, just to confirm everything is above board.

I get that simply purchasing Hospira bac is far less hassle and likely the better route for most people. My real point was that folks tend to regard it as some sacred, untouchable water, when in reality it is among the simplest things to get your hands on.

I believe people end up soured on bac water because they typically think of some UGL bac water that may have flunked a pH/endotoxin report, made with who knows what as the sterile water, which is not what I am proposing. I am still recommending pharmacy-grade sterile water plus pharmacy-grade benzyl alcohol

That's true. If my BAC usage were heavy, I'd probably take the same approach.

If you're somewhere Hospira isn't sold, then sure, you make do with what's on hand. Here in the States, though, it's still fairly simple to get...$16.50 per bottle from a source that never runs out. Per average vial, that comes to roughly $1 for each recon...

Hospira isn't really put on a pedestal so much as the other options (aside from a few) tend to be complete unknowns...The recon process already has plenty of spots where things can go wrong, so choosing Hospira over vendor/homemade/offbrand feels like a tiny cost... I mean, picture being in a hospital and the nurse pulls BAC from some Chinese vendor vial, or digs a homemade BAC vial out of a pocket - I'd probably be jamming that call button hard...lol

Mots and glow went in together, and I did the same with selank and semax.

I've got lambda waiting as well, plus genetek that's on the way. This was simply the 1st one I reached.
