Which peptides can go in one syringe?

I combined pt141 with reta in a single syringe, and it turned into gel. The needle wouldn’t let it through no matter how hard I pushed. A dose of each was lost. Sure, certain things can be pinned together — klow, glow, wolverine are examples — but which others? Pinning multiple times doesn’t bother me, yet cutting it down makes sense. What has worked for you, and what has gone wrong?

motsc plus nad+ looked okay when mixed, but could a chemical reaction be happening? Will the peps still do their job? Is klow also safe to add in? Ideally I’d pin just once in the morning and once at night. Share your experiences, both the good and the bad.

I limit myself to blends that were formulated as one product. Beyond that, I try to avoid injecting more than 1 thing per day whenever possible.

Mixing NaOCl with H2O2 in the same injection is absolutely something you should avoid. That said, I'm curious—what was your reasoning for choosing to inject those 2 together?

With retatrutide, the only things you can put in the same pin are other GLP's — and even then, it is NOT advised.

PH levels matter when combining peptides. If you pair 2 peptides with very different ph profiles, you risk destroying one or both. Certain peptides also just don't get along. A chart exists showing compatible and incompatible combinations, but I can't locate it at the moment — I'm sure someone will kindly share it.

NAD+ isn’t a peptide.

MOTS-c has no cysteine, so a redox reaction shouldn’t occur, and it ought to be fine. But since MOTS-c already has reaction concerns, why introduce another possible issue?

I mix my Glow right before use. Those are the only peps I’ve got that are supposedly compatible. I inject my NAD, Cagri and Reta on their own.

I understand now!

GLP-1s are always pinned alone. GHK-Cu may impact sensitive peptides, but overall the glow/klow blends are okay to combine with it.

As for me, I inject NAD on its own just because it fills an entire .5cc syringe, then ss31/bpc in another syringe in the morning, and at night epithalon, bpc/tb, kpv and ghkcu together in one syringe, even though each comes from a different vial.

Thanks! That just spared me a ton of pin pricks
