What sets them apart so far is that they're the only vendor I've come across whose sterilized carts I actually believe are sterile—there's an internal package indicator, and I appreciate that they openly explain their sterilization method. Correct. A typical ampoule holds 1ml of adrenaline, while a single injection calls for roughly .3ml. That means one ampoule gives you a little more than 3 doses. So definitely don't inject the whole ampoule at once. The upside, though, is that if emergency responders are delayed and a second dose becomes necessary, you already have additional adrenaline on hand. When ordered through Goodies, the package includes straightforward, easy-to-follow directions, so almost anyone can administer it correctly.
