Last month I began using 5AM. Out of every pep I've tried, it's become my clear favorite. There's no way for me to put into human words what it actually does. I simply notice that I don't want to quit whatever I'm in the middle of.
My job lets me set my own hours for the most part. Back before 5AM, I'd finish my day fast, within 6 to 8 hours, usually by 2pm. Once I was on 5AM, my days stretched to 10 or 12 hours. The overtime got so heavy that my wife started to worry.
Is this something 5AM does for other people too? That feeling that you should just keep pushing on?
