What does 5AM actually do for you?

Last month I began using 5AM. Out of every pep I've tried, it's become my clear favorite. There's no way for me to put into human words what it actually does. I simply notice that I don't want to quit whatever I'm in the middle of.

My job lets me set my own hours for the most part. Back before 5AM, I'd finish my day fast, within 6 to 8 hours, usually by 2pm. Once I was on 5AM, my days stretched to 10 or 12 hours. The overtime got so heavy that my wife started to worry.

Is this something 5AM does for other people too? That feeling that you should just keep pushing on?

Good to hear — my first kit just arrived and I'm eager to give it a go before long. For roughly 10 weeks now I've been on NAD+ along with SS-31, and I'll come off those in another 2. Since you've been taking the 5AM for something like 3 or 4 weeks, I was considering doing the same. When you take it, is it typically in the morning, or later in the day?

I'm about to kick off my second cycle of 5A. Every morning I take a 5mg dose. I liked it too. It's not a stim-type feeling or anything like that, but I felt like my physique was visibly improved. It's like, provided you're putting in the work (eating properly, training, and so on), it just stacks on top of all of that.

Every one of my peps gets pinned in the morning, so I stay fasted.

I started 5AM last month. It has become my most favorite pep ever. I cant explain in human words what it does exactly. I just feel like I dont want to stop whatever it is I am doing. I have a job that I pretty much make my own schedule. And before 5AM I was quick to wrap up my day in 6 to 8 hours, around 2pm. When I started 5AM I was doing 10 or 12 hour days. I did so much overtime my wife was getting worried.

Does 5AM do this for anyone else? Just make you feel like you should just keep going?

For that kind of effect, I'd really like to give 5AM a try. Do you pin every day? 5days/week? Will you cycle on and off? Was 5mg your starting dose? (Sorry for bombarding you with questions!)
