Hey everyone, I'm a 27yr old guy. I used to be a college athlete—wrestling and football. My career ended after 6 knee surgeries. I put on a lot of wait and lost my athletic look, but I've stayed in the gym and kept a lot of muscle. At 27% body fat and 260lbs, I'm aiming to get down to 230lbs. Right now I'm on Reta and want to keep using it along with. A couple other peptides from more reliable sources, and in a community where I can get answers to my questions.

I can relate to that, dude. When you first began reta, what dose were you on?

Welcome!
For roughly 3 months I've been mixing and running RETA on my own, mainly because reseller markups have worn me down. I'll definitely dig into earlier threads here where people already asked about this.

Began at 2mg, which did the job for a good stretch; these days I'm at roughly 6mg and plan to stay at this level for the time being.

My path has been close to yours, except I'm 59. For 35 years I've been "dieting" and still training no fewer than 5 days each week, yet the food noise stayed put until I found these miracle GLP1's. Now I feel free — normal, perhaps? It's incredibly freeing. Great that you can kick off your journey at such a young age... don't stop, whatever happens!

From what I can tell, you already know about BPC-157 and TB? For regeneration and bringing down inflammation, those appear to be the go-to.

Would HGH be useful for your knee? I'm not sure, but I've wondered about it.

My own injuries were never THAT severe; the worst was 2 out of the 4 small rotator cuff muscles with partial tears, plus a partially torn labrum.

Back then, peptides weren't on my radar. That shoulder damage was one of the most PAINFUL experiences I've ever had. Multiple doctors, cortisone shots, and by the end of PT I was facing a choice: surgery with a 50/50 chance it helps or even makes things WORSE, or simply accept it.

I chose no surgery. Instead I did more PT, a year of lots of rotator cuff exercises, no heavy lifting. In time, it improved. Even now I'm cautious with weights, and with anything at home that might tweak my shoulder. Rotator cuff injuries still happen for me to this day.

At home I keep BPC-157 and TB 'on standby' since my shoulder flares up now and then, and I've found that at least BPC helps lessen the tweaking/pain within a few days.

As an athlete, you already understand that carrying less body weight means less stress on your knee! Along with continued PT (pre-hab), a knee problem might never return.

How much of a load being overweight puts on our bodies is something people often underestimate.

Placed my first buy not through a reseller today, going with ZJ alongside @Lydiawon3, looking forward to the new batch.

I've been doing a lot of reading about BPC-156 and I'm considering trying it out. At the moment the only things I'm taking are Reta and TRT. Thanks for all the helpful advice and info.
