From what I can tell, you already know about BPC-157 and TB? For regeneration and bringing down inflammation, those appear to be the go-to.
Would HGH be useful for your knee? I'm not sure, but I've wondered about it.
My own injuries were never THAT severe; the worst was 2 out of the 4 small rotator cuff muscles with partial tears, plus a partially torn labrum.
Back then, peptides weren't on my radar. That shoulder damage was one of the most PAINFUL experiences I've ever had. Multiple doctors, cortisone shots, and by the end of PT I was facing a choice: surgery with a 50/50 chance it helps or even makes things WORSE, or simply accept it.
I chose no surgery. Instead I did more PT, a year of lots of rotator cuff exercises, no heavy lifting. In time, it improved. Even now I'm cautious with weights, and with anything at home that might tweak my shoulder. Rotator cuff injuries still happen for me to this day.
At home I keep BPC-157 and TB 'on standby' since my shoulder flares up now and then, and I've found that at least BPC helps lessen the tweaking/pain within a few days.
As an athlete, you already understand that carrying less body weight means less stress on your knee! Along with continued PT (pre-hab), a knee problem might never return.
How much of a load being overweight puts on our bodies is something people often underestimate.
