Walker R10 - did I end up with a bad batch?

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice or ideas, because I genuinely can't work out what's happening.

My first R10 came from a local guy, and I was dosing somewhere between 1.5 and 1.8 mg. The results were genuinely great - I was dropping about 0.8 kg per week, which suited me perfectly. Food noise was basically gone and I had to force myself to eat. At one stage I was thinking about going back down to 1.5 mg because it felt almost too strong.

After that I ordered from Walker Chemicals, but the initial batch turned up cloudy, so I never used it and had to sit tight for a replacement. That gave me an unintended pause from R10.

I've been on the replacement for more than 2 months now, and I'm getting no effect whatsoever. All the food noise is back, my hunger and appetite feel completely unchanged, and I've put on a couple of kg since starting it.

I'm at 2 mg every 6 days now and I still feel literally nothing. What confuses me is that 1.8 mg used to hit me hard, yet 2 mg now appears to do nothing at all, even though the dose is higher.

Should I bump it to 2.5 mg in a few days, or should I bin this vial and start a brand new one? If a fresh vial also does nothing, I'm considering ordering from another supplier.

Has anyone been through something like this? Could it be a problem with the vial or batch, or is there some other explanation for why something that once worked so strongly on me would suddenly have zero effect?

Any thoughts or experiences would be much appreciated, especially from anyone who's been in a similar spot.

The very first single vial I picked up hit hard. After that I went through three separate suppliers, and every one of them feels about the same as each other—weaker than that first vial. So my guess is the original one was really Tirz. Something like that could be what happened in your case too.

Honestly, based on what we understand about glps and the fact that they aren't cycling medications, this makes complete sense. Going from 1.8 to 2 mg means you're basically sitting at the same dose. After that you stopped for 2 months, then started up again at what amounts to the same dose. These medications are known to require titration. If more weight loss is the goal, your dose needs to go up. My suggestion would be to move to three or four if you've already been on 2mgs for 4 weeks

That's a really interesting point!! You might be right about that.. My friend has some Tirz. maybe i will give that a try.. Before that though, i may raise my dose and see what happens...

my schedule was 1.5mg every 7 days, then 1.8mg every 7 days for several weeks, but these days I'm at 2mg every 6 days and I feel none of the effects that even 1.5mgs gave me... I mean, when I began at 1mg the effects were stronger than what I get from the 2mg I'm on now.. hard to make sense of how a higher dose with shorter gaps between jabs could feel soooo different..

anyway, I will adjust my dose. going to give 2.5mg a try for the next one..

Just so you know, going from 1.8 to 2 isn't a doubling of your dose, not even when you shorten the gap to 6 days rather than 7.

In my opinion, a bump of just .3 or .5mg won't accomplish much. You've got to increase by 2mg. Who did the reconstitution, and what amount of BAC was used?

I get that, but my starting point was 1 and I'm now at 2, so that's a doubling... on 1mg every 7 days I noticed more effects than I do on 2mg every 6 days. That works out to more than double.

At this point I'm up to 2mg, and I'm not feeling anything.

Here's what I've been doing:

I took 10mg of retatridute, mixed in 1ml of bac water, and then drew 20 units out of a 0.3ml syringe to get my 2mg dose.

Around 3 - 4 months back, Walker got tangled up in that whole bunk compound supplier mess, and a number of R10 kits ended up mixed in with the other problematic kits...Right now I've got some bad R10 and MOTs 10 just sitting on my desk, doing nothing but taking up room...To Walker's credit (he goes by 'Nova', no chick name), every one of the problem kits was replaced. My R10 and MOTs replacement kits showed up a couple 3 weeks later and they're fine...

So here's what I want to know from you: did you receive whole kits, or only vials? Were they from roughly June'ish of this year? Are the caps solid blue, or translucent light blue? If you do have kits, does the kit label read "RT10", or "R10"...

Solid blue with tall letters on the kit label "RT10" (>.5" tall) are bunk...Most of the translucent light blue caps were good unless they said "RT10" instead of "R10"....RT10 are bunk...

If all you have are single vials, "most" translucent light blue are better than solid blue, but with no kit label to go by, it's a much bigger unknown....gl

Appreciate it. The first ones I received were dark blue, but since those came through cloudy they swapped them out for the translucent blue version.

Here's the replacement I ended up with. From what you're saying, it sounds like these should be fine.

That's what I have... 👍

Over on Walker's discord group (it blew up and vanished for quite a while, though I believe it's back now) there were a few testing groups that formed, especially in the wake of the bunk debacles, and they ran tests on those R10s... I wasn't part of it, but a member I teamed up with on a T30 Walker buy jano testing (which tested perfect) told me the reports they got were positive... on top of that, Walker released a whole bunch of jano current tests with the same-same cap colors that looked a bit stronger than your typical 'vendor test report', so meh, so far I've gone through a couple vials and have nothing to complain about...

But do your own research and testing! I'm not you!... and my anecdotal stories and risk tolerances may not fit your safe use needs!....

But good luck to you nonetheless....👍😎

I'm among the many people who got hit by the WKC bunk peps problem....if the Reta in your photos doesn't have arrows on the crimp, it's 100% legit. The replacement kits I received are the same ones and they work fine. My replacement kits are in the attachment.

There is likely a fast way to figure out whether your reta is doing anything. How much weight you want to shed is something I do not know, and if the amount is small, then lower doses could still be adequate, which complicates things a little. However, if 2mg per week is where you are right now, then simply tack on 0.5mg doses daily, and within several days you will have your answer, ideally in the form of reduced appetite instead of nausea.

What makes this method appealing is that every step up in dose is tiny, and should side effects appear, blood levels ought to fall back to their prior point within 1-2 days, a point where you presumably had no side effects, so the danger of serious or lasting side effects stays quite low. Also, since each bump is so minor, going straight from nothing to abrupt severe side effects is very improbable. Naturally, you have to halt once side effects show up or appetite suppression becomes sufficient, then total up the doses for the week, and that figure becomes your new effective dose.

Should 7 days pass with no effects at all, repeat the process using 1mg doses, and if a week brings you to 7mg with zero effects despite having had effects at 2mg before, then your reta is probably no good. In all likelihood you will have your answer within a few days, and I do not believe the odds of bad side effects are really any greater with this method than with far bigger increases every 4 weeks, provided you stop escalating doses once mild side effects show up.

For me this worked to raise tirz from 1mg to 15 mg over a month with minimal side effects, though I was dosing every second day and was switching over from ozempic. I doubt most people need to go to this trouble; it is only really helpful when there is some reason you must raise the dose quickly, and usually there is no good reason for that.

Looking up glp1plotter and entering the doses to see how the graph behaves over time remains a very good idea, as it makes it much simpler to grasp what is happening.
