Vial caps?

Been seeing a lot of stuff online about vail caps.

It’s a rubber cap to put on your open vials. Is this just a stupid gimmick or are they actually useful from keeping moister out of your vails?
 
I don’t think they’re necessary if you’re keeping your open vials in a closed container to keep shmutz off of them. Some folks dislike caps because they say it’s another place where bacteria can accumulate. I use them sometimes because the color coordination makes differentiating open vials easy, and they’re cute, and I love stuff! I just wipe/scrub them with an alcohol swap thoroughly after each removal and let it dry before replacing it. YMMV.

I never thought to do that but it sounds like right. As soon as I recon I transfer it straight to my pen cart, but I will be passing on this tip 👍🏼
 
Theyre typically 3d printed with filament/plastics. I only really use them if I ship my ma something reconned/in a vial just because. But they are just something more to clean than helpful. MY opinion I suppose.
 
I 3d print off some caps just for personal identification and to keep up with my peabrain that forgets what the hell I just injected. I have covers for "popped" caps just got personal whatever and then I have cap covers; that if diff vendors are used of they change color I have a continious system.
 
I use them, color coded and I write on the what they are. Evening peps are one color, morning peps another. Once a week, another, only when needed, another... I clean them every time, it helps me. At 4am I'm pretty likely to pin 100 units of reta, when I want 100 units of nad+. That would fuck me up.
