TOP - Questionable Dates and Batch Numbers on COAs Under Review

I put a fair amount of effort into looking around for anything already posted about this, so I'm hoping I'm not repeating something that's already been covered beyond the usual "Don't Trust Vendor Provided COAs" warning. If what I'm suspecting turns out to be wrong, tell me and I'll take this down. I just figured it was worth staying alert when something doesn't add up.

While reviewing a vendor's COAs, I noticed the order date comes later than the received date. That's a first for me. Could there be a scenario where a testing lab accepts a product without any testing request attached and just sits on it until someone submits one? Or is this more likely just a sloppy translation of what the date fields represent, with AI/Photoshop dropping the dates into the wrong fields? On top of that, the batch number is identical across the 10+ products they offer, which is also something I've never come across. Attached 2 of their COAs from their thread:

Nice find. Chances are a single "batch number" gets applied across several products, just so they can tie it to a timeframe. Say a reseller picks up 200 kits of sema, tirz and reta apiece and labels the whole thing one batch or one purchase. Sketchy, sure, but plenty of them don't even bother with batch numbers.

On top of that, if they're a sister company or they source from the same manufacturer, they can swap COAs around and end up with one that carries their own name. Also sketchy, since I've come across 6 or 7 different vendors all showing a sep 15 reta test date.

These appear in the vendor's promotional posts within the marketplace area of the forums. What stands out to me as the biggest red flag is that the "Testing Ordered" date comes later than the "Sample Received" date. It looks like the translations got jumbled, so someone pasted a photoshopped date into the wrong fields?

The same thing shows up on Janoshik as well, so I'm wondering whether this points to a problem with the lab testing itself being wrong. I came across a post recently where Jano made a typo, listing the product as T60 instead of T30, or the other way around. If that's what's happening here, I'll remove this thread, apologize, and set the record straight.

Hmm... From what I understand, the testing industry has more than a dozen players (Janoshik, along with the fraudsters at Finnrisk who rig results for money, Kraus, PeptideTest, Freedom, and others). Janoshik seems to be regarded as the gold standard, but since most people go through them, they're constantly swamped with orders ---- mistakes are inevitable.

Given how popular TOP is, I'd like to believe they're operating honestly and haven't compromised their integrity... Not like certain other vendors....
