For Hospira BAC in the UK, I've shared a well-known source previously.

A lot of the BAC water sold on Amazon has had problems with pH.Lambertlambert2003 said:
Living in the UK makes sourcing BAC water a hassle, so my go-to is Amazon listings with plenty of 5 star reviews—though those listings tend to get removed quickly.Skidude said:
When I checked that link I gave you, there were quite a few sellers.Lambertlambert2003 said:
Air isn’t the issue — I’ve been injecting long enough to avoid that mistake.
My setup is 4mm, 32g micro fine needles, straight in at 90 degrees.
Before injecting, I let it come up to room temp.
Really hoping endotoxins aren’t the cause, since I just picked up 10 kits. I had looked into the endotoxin talk before purchasing and assumed it was tied to a single seller — one I’m not buying from.
For GLPs I’ve only ever injected into the leg, and the pharma materials list that as a usable site?
Also...
Which BAC are you using?
Might the carts you got for the pen be the issue? Have you given a syringe a try?
The carts I use also come from Amazon and are advertised as sterilised; with this same seller, I've never had an issue before.
After going through the link, my seller didn't appear in any of the posts. I'll email them and attempt to track down the batch number, but the janoshnik report lists 2026031030 as the batch

I have used various brands, but the ones I have right now are 70%, and in my view that is on the low side next to the previous ones I hadJust A Cat said:
Given the rest of the brand-name products you have, I doubt your alcohol wipes are from a faulty lot. Have you considered that possibility?
Exactly? 90-99% evaporates quicker than 70%, so the 70% remains on the area you want to disinfect for a longer time...Just A Cat said:

Alcohol at 70% beats 91%

If it were up to me, Eli Lilly GLP$ would be my pick over BAC lacking testing for endos, sterility, pH, benzyl alcohol content, heavy metals, and an LCMS analysis. Even with all that, Hospira would still be my preference.Lambertlambert2003 said:
One more detail I left out: the injection burns quite a bit as it enters, so I end up pushing the plunger much more gradually than usual. Based on what I've come across, could that point to a problem with the bac?
