Three weeks out from a shoot - drop the HGH or just lower it?

Right now i am on TRT 200 mg weekly, retatrutide 4 mg weekly (two injections per week), and 3 IU of HGH daily. Lately i have noticed that the 3 IU of HGH is leaving me holding too much subcutaneous fluid, and i have a photoshoot in three weeks.

For a drier look, would i have to stop the HGH or just lower it? And how far ahead should that happen? I do not know whether people normally drop it before bodybuilding events or photoshoots.

I am also considering adding Anavar at 30 mg/day to look more muscular and rounded.

I am hoping for answers from the experts on this. Thank you very much!

VAR usually goes in for the final 6 weeks of a cycle to “dry out”. Beyond that, danderlion root is always an option for a few days. It is an old school bodybuilder hack.

The bodybuilders in my circle reach for lasix or another diuretic to shed the unwanted water. Anavar needs time to work by itself. Stanozolol works better for a cut, though the sides are brutal. What i have seen is BBers running diuretics, and Stanozolol just two weeks out from d-day.

Meso RX is fine, but do not take the dosages at face value; some of the people there run excessive amounts. My advice would be to see your doctor and get baseline testosterone levels checked. Where it is needed, the standard for most men is usually 100-200 mg per week.

If anything is unclear, just ask here.

I worked out what was behind the problem - my new electrolyte formula turns out to be very high in sodium. I was getting through quite a lot of it, since i was drinking a lot of water and taking mineral salts alongside retatrutide. I dropped it a few days ago and upped my potassium intake, and the look is already drier and tighter.

I am posting this in case anyone else is running into this with HGH. Taking in more than 1-2 grams of sodium a day, in my case especially, leaves me feeling very water-retained.

So what is dandelion root actually doing?

Water retention is the use advised here. It has plenty of other benefits besides. Just google your question.

Really useful information! I was keeping an eye out for the solution, so i am glad you posted it. I am not doing any photos or anything, but i am a woman on reta about to start hgh, so this was right up my alley. Thanks for the update!
