I’ll be honest — I dove in fast. Being autistic, peptides and supplements turned into a big hyper fixation for me. My setup has stayed clean, and I’ve been cautious with dosing and reconstituting. Still, something isn’t right with me…

Tirz came first, 3 months back, and the results have been great. After that I began layering in supplements: vitamin D, magnesium, fish oil, papaya enzymes, creatine, plus a few others. Now and then I’d use fiber supplements when the Tirz effect faded a bit.

Next came more peptides — CJC/ipa, Cagri, KPV, BPC, and low dose Reta. Roughly every week or so I’d introduce another one. Up until the past few days, I felt totally fine.

I also began a micro dose of Modafinil for my chronic exhaustion, and it’s actually helped a lot with my mid day crashes.

If you caught my other post, you know I also developed really bad welts following each injection. As I said, I handle my peptides very carefully. Rotating injection sites made no difference either.

About a day before my shot, I started feeling off. I went ahead with the shot anyway, mainly because gastrointestinal problems from my shots are rare for me — maybe a sulphur burp now and then. So I took my 7.5 mg shot, and I got so sick. Throwing up (not typical for me), bloated, dizzy, lightheaded, exhausted. Just absolutely shitty. It’s day #3 and I’m feeling a lot better BUT I still am getting waves of nausea and major bloat. I have not had any issues like this and I was already feeling really sick before my shot.

So I can’t tell whether it’s as straightforward as eating the wrong thing or something spoiled, or whether I piled on too much shit too fast. Because of that, I’ve stopped everything. My plan is to reintroduce one item at a time over a couple weeks, track my symptoms, and get testing done too. If anyone has had something similar and wants to share, I’d love to hear it!

I went through a somewhat comparable situation, though I never vomited. I came across info on SIBO and thought maybe that was the culprit. However, once I noticed it cleared up after I doubled my fluid intake, simplified my meals, and took a dose of miralax to get things moving, it didn't linger long enough for me to stress over. My only regimen is reta plus a few oral supplements: tmg, hmb, and epicatechin. I doubt those were the cause either.

Regarding the nasty welts, I figured out that injecting straight down gives me bruises. I read a tip about gripping it like a pencil and going in at an angle. Right away, the bruising stopped.

Cut out every secretagogue, meaning CJC, ipamorelin, and the rest

once you're feeling improved, begin tirz again

for 1 month, use nothing but GLP so you can judge how it's working

after that, bring in kpv and bpc

before introducing any additional pep, give it 2 weeks so you can assess

yes, i get it, blasting is enjoyable

but feeling sick is not enjoyable

stop taking fiber supplements

real vegetables only

That seems like reasonable guidance...I've got a variety pack of single-vial peptides I haven't experimented with yet. Right now I'm still evaluating BPC (began 3 weeks ago) and KPV (began 1 week ago)...I have TB500 on hand that I'll introduce in about a week if things feel stable with the first 2...I'm also using a mid dose of tirz, though Reta and Crag are both tucked away and I won't touch them until there's a reason to and I've got my tirz figured out (currently testing split dosing and suspect I'll return to 1xweek)...

Thanks for the input, but I've already gone through every option when it comes to the welts 🙁 changing syringes made a difference, yet I'm still dealing with minor reactions unfortunately

Thanks! That approach sounds solid to me!

So I want to know: are the welts showing up from a specific peptide you're injecting, or do you have no idea because you began all of them simultaneously? Or does every pep you attempt cause this?

You could try the glutes. That's my go-to spot for SS-31, MOTS-c, and NAD+. When a pep stings, I reach for a 29g 1/2" and aim high on the rear. Haven't had any ISR's there. Around the belly, it's a 31g 5/16", and I avoid going too low. Occasionally I'll pin the remnants of my love handles too.

This happens with nearly all the peptides I take, no matter which injection site I choose. The very first time it appeared was after my initial GHK-cu shot. Before that, for more than 2 months, I had zero problems whatsoever!

I haven’t given that spot a shot yet, but my legs and upper stomach still end up with bruises and welts 🙁 I’ll give it a go anyway!

My best guess would be that it isn't connected to the peptides at all, and is more likely a virus or something along those lines. If a cough and sneezing show up, that will settle it.

Tirz and cagri are the only peptides that reliably trigger gi issues. I don't know your cagri dose or how long you've been using it.

Simplifying, as has been mentioned, seems sensible. With that many introduced so close together, teasing out which effects or side effects come from which peptide becomes really difficult. When you restart, it may help to leave proper gaps between them.

Hold off on tirz until the symptoms have cleared, even if that means waiting beyond a week. You could think about lowering the dose to 5mg for now; if hunger is still there and nothing goes wrong, adding another 2.5mg a few days later is an option. With cagri it's hard to advise without knowing duration, amount, or any recent adjustments, but delaying its restart by at least a few weeks is probably wise.

By welts I mean localised immune reactions, something like a big mosquito bite - swelling in the skin or subcutaneous tissues, with or without redness. That ought to be a completely separate matter from bruising. Easy bruising is extremely common in women, and even more likely with aspirin or other antiplatelet drugs. If ISR's are happening, though, they should point to one specific peptide rather than being general, unless the bac is responsible, which isn't common. mots-c very frequently causes ISR's, while tirz is around 5%. Going a bit deeper into the subcutaneous fat can cut down the reaction, since it moves the injection further from the skin, where more immune cells sit. The lower abdomen tends to be the least troublesome site. As long as there's no systemic allergic response such as a rash elsewhere or wheezing, ISR's are only an issue in terms of discomfort and itching.

I really appreciate you sharing all of that! 😁😁

Did you ever get to the bottom of it?

Since then I haven't used it. I've been attempting to work out a way to get them to stop. So the answer still eludes me.

I’m not sure how many days or weeks you’ve been on the fish oil, but a while ago I picked up some fish oil gummies for both my son and myself. Roughly 1 week in, they started giving me stomach trouble. My son is autistic and non-verbal, so I can’t say for certain what he was experiencing, but I did notice he was lying down much more often, which is completely unlike him. I stopped giving them to him and also stopped taking them myself. Since then, I haven’t run into any issue that wasn’t tied to reta.
