Hello everyone! Korea is where I'm from, and a 10 mg Retatrutide kit given to me by a friend is what I recently started on. This forum turned up while I was hunting for information, and a lot has been learned here already.

Roughly five years back, when semaglutide wasn't yet available in Korea, about 40 kg came off me — though roughly 20 kg of it crept back on over the years, sadly. Holding to the same diet and exercise routine from five years ago is pretty hard at this point, so a few different things have been tried to get back on track.

Around 110 kg is where I started, and about 98 kg is where I am now. Learning a lot from everyone here is the hope, and eventually becoming someone who can pass on what I've picked up and help others too. Glad to be here!

Hello everyone! I’m from Korea, and I recently started using a 10 mg Retatrutide kit that a friend gave me. I came across this forum while looking for information and have already learned a lot here.

About five years ago, before semaglutide was available in Korea, I lost around 40 kg, but unfortunately gained about 20 kg back over the years. I’m at a point where it’s pretty hard to stick to the same diet and exercise routine I followed five years ago, so I’ve been trying a few different things to get back on track.

I started at around 110 kg and I’m currently at about 98 kg. I’m hoping to learn a lot from everyone here and eventually become someone who can share what I’ve learned and help others too. Glad to be here!

Glad to have you here, buddy. I'm just getting going with Reta too, and I'm also fresh to this forum. Here's to the two of us figuring things out side by side : )

Glad to have you here! Reta is probably going to be a total game-changer in your case. This peptide is amazing — it assists our system in doing what it can already accomplish naturally, yet numerous things interfere. Best of luck!
