Should peptides be combined or kept apart?

Has anyone else come across Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer? In my view he's great, and when it comes to peptides he really appears to know his stuff, though I'll admit his style can come across as very forceful. According to him, if peptides are already blended by the manufacturer — whether that's a product like the GLOW stack, or just BPC-157 alongside TB-500 sitting in one vial — then once you reconstitute them, their effectiveness drops. Other people with a following online say the exact reverse, insisting there's no problem with it at all. I've looked into this enough to turn up material backing each position, and honestly I still don't know where I land. Buying them pre-mixed isn't something I've done before, but I'd like to hear what your experience has been. It's obvious that pre-mixed costs a lot less than picking each one up on its own, so going forward I'd rather purchase them that way. My only hesitation is that I don't want to sacrifice how well they work just to save money. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I used to purchase and reconstitute each one on its own. I wanted the dose to be spot on, plus I didn't really trust the supplier to avoid giving me whatever leftover, nasty peptides were stuck to the bar mat. These days, if one comes out at 9.5mg and the other at 11.2, it doesn't really matter to me—a tiny imbalance like that won't make my receptors fall apart. I believe the Jano report about what's actually inside (third-party, obviously). As for the nasty part... the verdict isn't in yet, or maybe I'm just choosing not to see it.

There's a guy I came across on youtube who tested this and disproved it. He took a bottle of glow that had been reconstituted a month earlier, sent it off for testing, and it hadn't degraded at all.

Before it was stored: 99.5% purity.
After 30 days in the fridge: 99.6% purity.
No degradation whatsoever.

Thanks for posting this—it was a really helpful watch.

Still, I can't help but ask: has anyone ever run tests like that on blends that come from the Chinese suppliers we use?

Amusing—nearly every one of these originates from China.

Absolutely, but the quality does appear to fluctuate quite a bit

This guy is a chiropractor who goes by "Dr". He markets himself as an "American supplier" for peptides sourced from China, and he wants $25k for some hustler university-style program about peptides and becoming a "boss". I'll pass.

Those Gym Bro YouTubers, the ones who spent decades on parking-lot roids, are now eager to lecture you on the science behind Peps. Every one of them is just an actor reading from AI prompts. Honestly, I get a kick out of it, and it can get pretty dramatic too. Dr. Trevor clearly managed to get 100 people to sign up. A sucker is born every minute.

I’ve never mixed mine together, but not out of worry about degradation — it’s about being able to fine-tune the amounts, and I typically want a bigger dose of BPC157. Still, I usually pull 3 into a single syringe, while GHK goes in on its own, since that little blue witch reacts differently depending on where I pin it.

When Bachmeyer sticks to peptide talk, or launches into tirades about the medical system, I’m on board. The Black Card sales routine, though, bothers me — it feels like a predator move, positioning himself as the answer to every health problem out there. If you’ve got cash to burn, sure...fine. But for a person who’s desperate, maybe dealing with cancer, it could leave them broke while believing he’ll rescue them. That sits wrong with me.

Damn!! The last time I looked, it was 10k, and even that is completely insane!! What the hell?!?

He has had his licence revoked more than once because he scammed clients, and he relocates to different states in order to get registered there.

Crossfit also handed him a 4-year ban after he cheated and faked a video.

If people want to put their trust in him for things, that's up to them. I wouldn't do it myself.

On top of that, he used to work as a chiropractor and was stripped of his standing. His license got suspended. CrossFit also handed him a permanent ban because of fraud — he fabricated his submissions. Within roughly 3 minutes of listening, it becomes obvious that he struggles badly with anger. Back when I was a beginner, I followed him, and I was baffled by how he could leap from a 1 oz shaky assumption straight to a 1 ton scientific verdict. Sadly, plenty of people are handing him money for what he calls "advice".

That's the exact reason I see him as predatory.

It's especially apparent when he drowns everything in technical jargon, positions himself as the sole source of answers, and implies that anyone who balks at the price simply doesn't have their priorities in order.

The doctored Crossfit video and what followed create far too many red flags for me to get on board. Still, I won't discard everything wholesale—if something he says holds relevance, I'll hear it out and then dig into it myself.

A few of his points do strike me as reasonable.

Still, the delivery feels like something an AI wrote out. The vocabulary he picks lands as smarter than it is, at least for anyone without background knowledge.

On top of that, his take on combining compounds is off, and that kind of error looks like something an AI would invent.

He’s the kind of figure that emerges when Andrew Tate fanboys are looking for a peptide guru. Nothing more than a shady grifter pushing a toxic alpha male persona, all to peddle a fantasy lifestyle to gullible idiots who have more money than sense.
