Hey folks,

I have decided to give Semax and Selank a try.

Currently going through what is the most stressful time of my career.

While I use the gym as a bit of a release for stress I’m struggling with time and also not sleeping particularly well due largely to stress.

I am taking Reta and looking now at the cognitive benefits in other products.

Is there any other peptides/solutions you recommend I should look into that help with focus, mental performance and also better sleep?

Personally I have been using a blend of Semax and Selank in mornings (5/2). I feel it has helped with the focus and mental performance you talk about.

I have also been running epitalon, pinealon, and DSIP on the same 5/2 schedule. My plan has been to run 2 vials each of these and see how my sleep stats look. I am about 3/4 the way through the protocol and my sleep numbers have stabilized in the 80's on my Garmin watch, which is a pretty good improvement.

Thank you, I’ll have a read up on those. I do think if I can get a handle on my sleep it would help a lot.
