Hey folks,

I’ve made the decision to try out Semax and Selank.

Right now I’m in the middle of the most stressful stretch of my career.

The gym gives me some stress relief, but I’m having a hard time with time and I’m also not sleeping especially well, mostly because of stress.

I’m on Reta and am now exploring the cognitive advantages of other products.

Are there any other peptides or solutions you’d suggest I look into that could help with focus, mental performance, and better sleep?

For my part, I've been taking a Semax plus Selank combination in the mornings on a 5/2 pattern. The focus and mental performance benefits you mention seem to have shown up for me.

Alongside that, I've had epitalon, pinealon, and DSIP on that same 5/2 schedule. The idea was to go through 2 vials of each and then check what my sleep data looks like. I'm roughly 3/4 of the way through this protocol, and my sleep figures have settled in the 80's on my Garmin watch — a fairly solid gain.

Thanks, I’ll look into those. I reckon that if I could sort out my sleep, that would make a big difference.
