First of all, well done on how far you've come! Dropping 135kg is incredible, and it really sounds like you're putting in everything you can to back up your new healthier way of living. That said, 1200 calories is very low, and when you add 2.5 hrs of weightliting/training every day, your body has probably gone into conservation mode. It will settle into the "new normal" and cling to fat stores for as long as it can. You should raise your calories, particularly protein, but also healthy fats and carbs. You didn't say what your current weight is, but reaching at least 1800-2000 calories would be a solid starting point. It's quite possible your body composition is moving from fat to muscle, so the number on the scale might not drop the way it used to, but your overall ratios will end up far healthier and easier to maintain.
