Hydration? Aim for 8–16 cups of water each day to help clear uric acid and lower gout risk. Boswellia (frankincense) at 300–500 mg per day to address inflammation.. vitamin C (500–1,000 mg) to prevent gout by reducing uric acid?

Perhaps consider BPC-157 and or TB-500
Hey, about the Boswellia—how did it work out for you? Any particular brand you'd suggest?
My brother in law gave it a try. He was also on turmeric and ibuprofen, among other things. I'm not certain which brand—it's available on amazon. For inflammation, KPV is a solid option too.
Appreciate it — I believe I've located a trustworthy supplier at this point. After spending time looking into a 3 month protocol involving TA-1, ARA, and KPV, I have to say the results haven't matched what a lot of people describe. Honestly a bit envious, since I was expecting more. It's possible I simply haven't run it long enough. I'm making an effort to avoid ibuprofen. Prednisone, in my view, is the devil's incarnate, and tumeric is already something I take every day. Eventually I'll come across something that works, I just have to keep looking 🙂
Best of luck. Hoping you locate the correct non-inflammatory component of the puzzle to finish the job.

What would you all suggest for what is probably OsteoArthritis?
I don't know which options you've already tried, though BPC-157 and Tb-500 could be worth considering?

Ease in gradually: a lot of people start with oral collagen peptides prior to moving to injectables?

After that, BPC-157 + TB-500 is a common choice when it comes to regenerative benefits.

For add-ons, pair them with glucosamine/chondroitin, MSM, an anti-inflammatory way of eating, low-impact exercise, and weight management?

THE BURN JUICE.... GHK-Cu supports collagen production and has anti-inflammatory effects, and is sometimes included in stacks aimed at joints/skin. GLP-1 Agonists for weight loss?

My husband deals with serious joint problems after serving many years in the military, plus he gets gout flare ups. His knees used to swell out of nowhere roughly 1 time a week, and then he'd be unable to walk for 2 days. Once I started him on the Wolverine stack, it worked like a miracle for him — he has gone weeks now without a painful inflammation flare up. I've built up a stock of BPC and TB. I also picked up some kpv just in case. Haven't given the KPV a try yet since the stack is working so well for him at the moment. When I first began researching, he was doubtful, but now he's completely convinced.

For anyone dealing with comparable problems, I'd say the PBC+TB+KPV combination is worth trying. It's made a big difference in my own research.

Has ARA helped anyone here with nerve pain? I've had decent results from bpc/tb/kpv, and I'm thinking about adding it.
I've found that ARA is effective for nerve pain. The sharp zinging sensations in my feet and hands have stopped, which I consider a benefit.
Thanks — I want to give it a shot for nerve pain in my back.

Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium — I obtain it via a Functional Medicine or Longevity Dr, which is how I get mine. A Compound Pharmacy fills the order for me through him. Right now it's in stage IlI clinical trials in both Australia and the US. Nsaids aren't an option for me, so in my case the investment pays off. If your OA is really bad like mine, I remain on it rather than doing the 6 week yearly dosing. Look into it yourself, and feel free to reach out to me if you'd like. I don't want to come across as schilling for my Dr on here, so you can DM me and I'll share who I get it through.

Honestly, that line you put on your posts cracks me up every single time I come across it — sounds like a genuinely awful night of sleep 🤣

My elbow has been hurting, and I've been thinking about trying KPV injections. The problem is I don't know what amount to use or where to inject. Are there any trusted resources that would remove all the uncertainty?

I'm hoping to find some suggestions. Gout has been a serious issue for me, and arthritis runs in my family. What might be effective for reducing general inflammation in the body, and possibly for joint support and cartilage lubrication? Right now I'm only taking tirz, which has provided some relief but not as much as I need.

Have you ever given a longer fast a go?

KPV works throughout the body. SubQ injection is possible at any site. Plenty of websites exist for looking into compounds. A few are listed below.

Not mine — it's just a resource I really like. Whoever put it together is unknown to me, but I find it extremely helpful.

KPV is the greatest of all time! It truly performs incredibly well when it comes to inflammation and joint pain. I haven't seen anything noteworthy from BPC or TB4, yet I absolutely feel it when I quit KPV. My plan was to use just 1 of the three at once, but once I switched from KPV to TB4, I made it roughly 4 days before I bailed out and put KPV back into the mix.

When it comes to KPV, should it be injected close to the joint or used systemically? I've been doing it by the joint and honestly I can't say I've seen any change.

Another approach I've seen involves injecting at the site, close to the joint. I suppose the choice comes down to what you're after - rebuilding versus bringing down inflammation?

I go with systemic. I simply pick whichever spot is easy and isn’t already being used for another injection that day. Most of the time that means the belly or the upper arm/shoulder region (though it’s still subQ).

Switching to systemic seems like the way to go. Appreciate it!
