Same cap colors across different peptides

This isn't about T30 with orange or black tops, nor R30 with lavender or purple tops. It's when one vendor ships several peptides that all share the same cap color. Not a huge deal, but it makes me anxious — what if the labels got mixed up?

I've come across photos where people got 4 separate compounds from homopeptide, every one of them white-capped, and I'm not throwing shade. I've got R30 and Mots on the way, both with green caps from hhpk (sister co).... honestly the first green caps I've had in 15 months, so that's groovy. Still, I doubt I'm alone in feeling uneasy... I wouldn't want to pin half a vial of what I believed was 5mg mots and have it actually be 15mg ret.... or worse, pin half of each and end up injecting 30mg reta. Anyone else deal with this?

Don't misunderstand — so far I'm very happy with Kelly of hhpk, but I included a pic...

Buy a label maker and store each one apart. Mine is a Phomemo, and unlike certain competing brands, it doesn't require proprietary label rolls.

I own one and I do use it. The issue is that I only trust myself, not whoever applied the labels—what if the two got swapped...

For a $65 kit of mots 10, that's not happening.... I've participated in group testing in the past, but I'm not about to triple my bill just to test on my own.
 
Funny timing on this post. I've never had a "same caps, different peps" mix-up land on my doorstep, but only this morning I was asking myself how these "providers" make sure they draw from the correct bins and shelves when they assemble our precious little kits. I mean, take away the peacock pep that is GHK-cu — what are they really, beyond Generic White Powder Pucks?

Honestly, I can't wait for the green caps and diamond stickers. I'll just inject whatever's inside.

I only purchase from vendors who sell individual vials and label them beforehand, lol.
 
That unsettles me as well. Even without matching cap colors, vendors still get things swapped. (Look at what happened to those who received adipotide rather than reta.)

Over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed I'm leaning a bit more toward avoiding risk (or perhaps I'm just growing more suspicious??). What I prefer now is purchasing domestic, in-stock product that has 3P testing. That way, the results are visible to me, along with a photo of the vials I ought to get. It also leaves me the choice to skip picking it up when my freezer already holds too many other kits of a different product sharing that cap color. (I doubt I'd actually let that decide things for me, but I would at least have the choice.)
 
The likelihood here can't be pinned down at all, even though the danger itself is genuine. In a properly licensed production plant, this kind of mix-up would be nearly unthinkable. Still, when vial filling happens without structural safeguards against swapping compounds, that gap creates genuine exposure. A case report described a person in italy who wound up hospitalized in a hypoglycemic coma after receiving insulin from a vial whose label said semaglutide. What puzzles me is why only 1 such case shows up.

Absent testing, the sole safeguard is that vendors don't want to drive customers away, which gives them a reason to keep quality under control. Whether caps differ in color strikes me as weak protection. It guards against just 1 category of mistake, and my guess is plenty of stages exist where that same category of mistake could occur.

I'd need to bring in the wife's boyfriend just to cover the cost.
