Reta ruined by heat and pausing then resuming

According to what I was told, it can be kept for 1 month at no more than 30C. For Tirz, that equals 86F, which is the ceiling, and even at that temperature it only holds for 21 days. So yes, it could well be ruined.
I'm not sure — it spends months sitting in a warehouse at 80degrees
That is the only conclusion available to us.

There just isn’t enough information from arcticfox for any of us to draw a conclusion here. The dose mentioned was 3 mg. Whether that’s taken once a week or several times a week isn’t clear. No word on whether calories are being logged. How long this warm-stored product was used before it was mixed is also missing. And it’s unclear whether the weight gain showed up the following day or held steady across a couple of weeks. For myself, I weigh in every day since it fluctuates, yet the broader direction is still down. Seeing a higher number can be frustrating, but when you look at the bigger picture it usually slopes downward, provided you’re still putting in the effort. That said, if I overate for a week and the scale went up, I wouldn’t put that on the reta. I also wouldn’t tell myself “I wouldn’t have wanted to binge if the reta was working.” On reta I’m hungry a LOT, but it does help me tune it out and more or less disregard it between meals. No two people are the same. I eat whatever I want, but not whenever I want, and I log calories no matter what. The reta can’t be expected to carry the whole load by itself.
Your points are valid, and looking back I can see that I threw this thread together too quickly. If I post again, I'll slow down and lay out all the details properly.

Just to be clear, my dose was 3mg weekly. I keep a calorie log and I do resistance training. I haven't had any binge episodes, and I get that weight moves up and down because I weigh myself every day too, plus I'm working toward a fitness qualification. You're correct that reta alone isn't enough.

Maybe it is doing something and I just can't tell, but my heart rate isn't going up, I feel hungry more often, and now I fall asleep without trouble.

I left two reta vials sitting at room temp for exactly four weeks alongside two vials of fresh bac water. After the first 3mg did nothing, I reconstituted both and then drew additional doses from the other vial across the following days. Before I use the bac water again, I'll pH test it. My replacement reta should land today, so I'll come back later with an update on how it goes.

Yeah it does. Back in December I received some that had been sitting on a shelf in China since April. They claim it's kept in temperature-controlled cold storage. I don't buy that for even a split second. Have you ever seen photos of their refrigerated warehouses? Neither have I—just boxes piled up and wrapped on pallets in dry storage. If it were truly refrigerated, the cost would be triple.

So you're telling me the Chinese peptide fairies don't show up on velvet pillows overnight once the warehouse clears out, the way my vendor claims? Consider me let down.

Reta never gave me any noticeable effect.
Same here, which is why my 10mg reta gets paired with 1mg of sema....
sadly sema hasn't done much for me at all, so i figure my body is just wired wrong.
Perhaps your dosage simply has to be a lot larger. What was the maximum amount you reached with any of them? For how long did you stay at those levels? I'm just wondering

I get your point, and those photos have crossed my path too. Perhaps their dry storage keeps a steadier temperature than my shed, which has no insulation and swings wildly in temperature. That's only a guess, though—it might just be that the batch I got was no good.

Over 2 days I ramped up to 8mg, yet my appetite stayed exactly the same. I gave that 1 week, then ordered a fresh batch. My new batch arrived on Wednesday, and after 3mg I am thrilled to report that the reta train is rolling again for me. If the temperature swings were not what wrecked the lyophilized vials, the only other possibility I can come up with is that they were a different compound altogether, or simply duds from the start.

My doses were never extreme, but after reaching 15 on Tirz I began stacking sema. Even capping sema at 2.5, nothing much happened for me. Reta came next, and once I climbed to 10mg each week, I still couldn't detect any effect from it regardless of the amount. For my body, Tirz is the single option that works reasonably well.

10mg...What was your titration timeline to reach that dose? I've been sitting at 4mg for months, but the moment I attempted 4.5 my heart was pounding nonstop. So 4mg is where I've stayed. Inflammation dropped dramatically for me, yet the scale hasn't moved at all. Tirz did nothing for me even at 7.5mg, not a single pound lost, though inflammation improved massively. I wanted to push the dose higher, but fatigue and muscle soreness made it unbearable. Any personal thoughts or opinions?

Alright, that lines up with what I figured. With reta, going by feel alone is genuinely tough. I don’t know how long you’ve been running your protocol, but at 3 mg you’re probably at least a few weeks in (ideally more). As you’re aware, among the GLPs reta isn’t the strongest when it comes to appetite suppression, and after some use it stops landing the same way. Buying from another source is totally fine, but in your shoes I’d stick with what I already had and keep monitoring measurable metrics (weight, body fat %, etc.).
I haven't used reta myself, but I've been on tirz/survo since last fall. I hit gw on Nov 1, 25 and don't feel anything — even so, I've stayed at gw comfortably since Nov 1, 25. For me it isn't about feelz; it's about efficacy.

That said, this absolutely makes me question my whole health protocol, and not just fool myself that a weekly peptide injection will magically handle everything.
How do you feel about Survo?

My time using glps adds up to roughly 16 months now. Because of that, I figure it plays into how I titrate. Usually I'll spend 4 to 6 months on tirz, switch to reta for another 4 to 6 months, then go back the other way. Responding well isn't really my thing, yet reta went from 4mg to 8mg inside 2 months.... at that point I began adding 1mg of sema to get stronger appetite control. That combination lasted a solid 10-12 weeks, and these days I'm at 10mg reta. Around the 2 or 3 month mark on reta, my heart rate settled down.

Just had cholesterol, hdl, ldl, and triglycerides checked and the results were excellent, the best in 6 years. They stayed poor until I'd been on glps for about 4 or 5 months. Despite eating well, doing some cardio and lifting, my triglycerides were still 298 (they began at 399).... the test yesterday put them at 138. On the weight side, I've only gone from 247 down to 225. Probably because I like having several beers and shots, plus I drive for a living so an 8 to 12hr shift doesn't burn much, and I'm in my mid 50's. With tirz I was injecting 12mg every 5 days alongside 1mg of sema each week....

What pleases me most about survo is the shift in energy and the return to feeling "normal." Eating is optional—I can if I feel like it, skip it if I don't—and I haven't noticed any meaningful side effects. For 3 months now, my weight has hovered near gw.

That is really great, thanks a lot!

I'd like to know how a survo/tirz stack stacks up against reta. Right now I'm running 1.5mg reta alongside 3.5mg tirz, since reta gives me better energy and the weight loss has been great, while tirz does much more for joint pain and similar issues. I've thought about swapping reta out for survo/maz, but I can't tell whether that would help or hurt.

I don't have an answer for that. Reta is still something I haven't used. What I did was stack survo with tirz to get a reta-like effect, but I kept reading about raised BP on reta, and because of cardiac issues I have, I wanted to dodge that by dialing the dose in at the 3rd receptor. Whether that would really pan out, I had no clue, so I began low and worked up gradually to 1.8 of surv. Good news: my BP has not gone up at all. YMMV.

For that reason by itself, reta would not have felt safe to me.

Even so - I do have a vial of R10, and now, after 3 months of stacking T and S successfully, I've been thinking about actually giving reta a try to see how it stacks up. Stacking it is not something I'd do, which is why I still haven't committed, because - the way I see it - a real comparison would require washing out T and S first, and that's weeks, and right now I'm in a very comfortable auto-glide rhythm.

Also a Survo supporter who stacks it with tirz. Once I reach my goal weight, my plan is to stop the Survo and keep up with tirz by itself, which I doubt will cause issues, but I really think it has made a difference for both the weight loss and the fatigue.

I really appreciate you taking the time to write that out — it seems like what you're doing gets you where I'm trying to go with my own stack. My results have been okay as well.

At first I planned to move over to reta by itself, but once I ran it solo, a bunch of the everyday aches I deal with returned, and things were noticeably smoother while on Tirz. That's why I went back to Tirz 2.5, and once it was time to bump up to 5mg, I landed on 3.5 Tirz plus 1.5 Reta. The thought of Survo appeals to me instead, since in my head it may leave the Tirz effects more or less intact while still bringing Glucagon into the picture. Then again, it clearly seems to be doing right by you, so trying it myself could be worthwhile.

Thanks again for spending your time on a reply! This whole community has been a huge help!
