Reta & Klow – quick check‑in

I increased my Reta dose to 5 mg four days ago, and honestly nothing has changed.I still have strong hunger and cravings for sweets.

Do you think the Reta might not be good quality, or what’s your opinion on this?

If this was your most important issue, why did you select Reta? Appetite suppression is not what Reta does best. I would stick at 4mg of Reta and add in Tirz, half-way through the week in a second pinning. Keep bumping up Tirz until the hunger goes away.

I'm 5' 9" male, started Reta 5 months ago, seems like just yesterday. I started low and went slow, up to 5mg max and am now titrating down since I am at my target weight already. I went from 180 lbs to 150 lbs now. I may stay on a maintenance dose or just get off of Reta for awhile if the weight doesn't start coming back on. The thing is, now I want to start on Klow but don't know much about it. I'm 74 yrs old and have the usual aches and pains.

I'm not far behind you on age 👍 What I did with the components of KLOW was to get kits of the 4 components that make up the KLOW blend, KPV, BPC-157, TB500, and GHK-Cu...I tried them individually for a week or three each to see what I thought of them...I loved the KPV for gut and inflammation, pretty much the same for the BPC-157...and Idunno about TB500 (or TB4 if you can find that) TB is another one that it is said has a more long term protocol to see benefits, so I keep it around cause I have pains...The GHK-Cu is a good one. It takes a while to start seeing the 'skin effects' but definitely skin starts feeling silkier...My hands feel like they have lotion on them...It is also supposed to help with inflammation as well..

So, if those are some areas you'd like to see improvments, then yeah, give KLOW a try or any of it's components individually.....but as is often said about the "non-GLP" peptides, don't over expect. A lot of people swear by them, particularly KLOW, but many see no benefit at all...GL

I’ve been at 1 mg for a few months now and doing fine. I’ve read quite a few few people online who stay at some small dose still lose weight and avoid pretty much all side effects. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think titrating up is an absolute for everyone.

That's been my experience. I started reta at 0.5 mg and titrated up 0.25 mg per week until I reached 2 mg. I'm comfortable and losing nicely, so I'll stay here forever if possible. The only side effect that has been unpleasant is constipation, but it's better now.

I tried KPV 500mcg a day for 6 weeks awhile back and it seemed to help the prostate a bit. After that I have now been on 5mg tadalafil for 3 months and it's ok too.
