Hallo Freunde,

I really want to read this, but........ nein sprechen sie Deutsch. Can anybody translate and help this gentleman out?

I'm not an authority on this stuff, but maybe add in some cagrilintide to help with the food noise. On the klow, what are you trying to target? Try using a single ingredient of the blend for it's intended purpose to suit your need or use the wolverine blend in a generous dose if you're needing repair. Just my thoughts.

Hello friends,

I've been taking Reta 2 mg for 6 months and have lost 10 kg. However, in the last two months, my appetite has increased significantly; I crave sweets and have gained about 2 kg back. I know that an increase in the dose might be necessary, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with this situation?

Regarding Klow: I started taking it 15 days ago and haven't noticed any significant changes yet.

Thank you in advance for any feedback!

Thank you for the translation, I really appreciate it.

oooh, lets play a game.. So, I am not gonna use translate at all, but Im going to guess based on my one year go German experience 35 years ago:

Hallo Freunde,

Ich nehme seit 6 Monaten Reta 2 mg und habe 10 kg abgenommen. ( 6 months on Reta, lost 10 kilos)

In den letzten zwei Monaten ist mein Hunger jedoch stark gestiegen (the the last 3 months, hunger has gotten stronger),

ich habe Lust auf Süßes und habe etwa 2 kg wieder zugenommen.( I lust sweets (that sounds funny) and have gained 2 kilos)

Ich weiß, dass eine Erhöhung der Dosis notwendig sein könnte, aber ich wollte fragen, ob hier jemand Erfahrung mit dieser Situation hat? (i think i might have to increase dose? But I want to ask if many people have this situation?)

Was Klow angeht: Ich habe vor 15 Tagen damit angefangen und spüre bisher keine spürbaren Veränderungen. Ive taken Klow for 15 days ..thats all I got.

TO answer OP, I think stalling in weightloss is common, especially with a significant loss. You may need to bump your dose up a little bit, or just ride out the stall. But if I did translate right and you have gained some with sugar cravings, it may be time to increase. Prost!

The starting weight is relevant otherwise there's no way to tell if 10kg in 6 weeks is significant weight loss. Personally I consider it huge maybe too fast but I try to keep my weight loss under 2lbs/week but maybe you're 600lbs and it's not a big deal.

I'd be very careful with "I crave sweets". It's normal for your appetite to open up again but what you eat is on you. Even on GLPs avoiding sweets, chips and other highly processed foods is necessary and will lead to much better outcomes. In my opinion GLPs make this a lot easier but there's still some effort involved

after 6 months at a steady dose, the 2mg is just bouncing off of you...Time to titrate up and tamp the food noise back down...

KLOW is 4 different components...what effects were you looking for from them, and where do you feel they are coming up short?...The GHK is said to improve skin, but most people say that it can take months for any noticeable change...The KPV, BPC and TB500 (or TB4) are said to improve gut health and reduce inflammation...and may improve ligament problems...but if you don't have any issues with those, I am not sure there is anything for them to improve...So, maybe a little background on what your expectations were would help... 👍

I increased my Reta dose to 5 mg four days ago, and honestly nothing has changed.I still have strong hunger and cravings for sweets.

Do you think the Reta might not be good quality, or what’s your opinion on this?

Glucagon.

I would stack tirz.

I do stack tirz. Mine was the other way around though, started tirz, added reta, and lately sema. Down ~75lbs since Feb 15, about ten lbs from ultimate goal

I think I'm taking seven peptides now.

I think I'm gonna end up with ten, cycling some in and some out. Maybe 11 😂😂😂

I have no interest in living forever, but every interest in living better longer

I’ve been at 1 mg for a few months now and doing fine. I’ve read quite a few few people online who stay at some small dose still lose weight and avoid pretty much all side effects. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think titrating up is an absolute for everyone.

Sure...but the OP was asking, "what's wrong"...titrating up is a best bet answer for him to get off a loooong stall...
