Hi everyone, checking in from a sunny part of Wales

I'm only at the start of my reta journey, and I managed to get myself badly dehydrated after adding creatine and having far too much red wine across the weekend!
One day I had stomach cramps, then I felt freezing cold with chills, and even now, 2 days later, my kidneys are still sore.
I believed I was getting enough fluids and electrolytes, but perhaps the wine meant it still wasn't sufficient?
Because of that, I've chosen to drop creatine for the time being, until I'm settled into the Reta cycle, and I'll only bring it back after that (and possibly the wine too

)
My dosing was 0.5mg in wk 1
Wk 2 - 0.5mh
Wk 3 - 1mg
So the dose hasn't been huge, but my guess is that all 3 things together produced this dehydration?
Anyway, I've joined to learn more about GLP's and Retatrutide in particular!
