Sure, tossing a protein shake into a ninja creami gives you something a lot like ice cream — I do it myself now and then. The problem is I can't stand sucralose, and I'm not looking for a huge amount of sugar either, so an allulose/monkfruit blend is usually what I reach for.

What I put together last night, all in 1 creami pint:

20g macadamia nuts, blended ahead of time with a bit of water. Straining isn't necessary — once it's spinning, the creami will break them down completely.

A spoonful of cocoa powder

A spoonful of that allulose/monkfruit sweetener

30g of protein powder

A little vanilla extract

A little grated Tonka bean

1 tablespoon pistachio instant pudding mix (the idea is that it comes out smoother. It also, without question, gives it a pistachio-dessert taste.)

A pinch of salt.

Grade: A plus. Hand me a scoop and ask "Want some chocolate pistachio ice cream?" and I'd take it at face value.

Here’s the version I always make.

WHAT YOU NEED:#-ingredients
  • Fairlife Nutrition Plan Chocolate Milk, 2 cups — vanilla works too;
  • Stevia, 2 tablespoons — any other sweetener you like can be used instead;
  • sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, 2 tablespoons
  • cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon
  • Whipped Cream – optional, for topping.

Picture ur partner saying, "Random, it's 1130pm... stop running that blender and get in bed."

I'm taking this recipe for myself — thanks! Sucralose is something I can't tolerate either, and it bums me out every time I end up eating it without realizing.

Living with a guy is not something I could handle — I'm way too wild for that! When the mood strikes me at 1:30 AM to bang out "Imagine Dragons" on my drum, that's exactly what's going to happen. 😀

The moment I take a bite, I have to stop. It turns up in products where I'd never think to look for it, and ugh, where's that nasty, sugary, fake-plastic flavor coming from??

And by the way, that's a great-looking bird you've got in your photo!

Absolutely feral. I'm here for it.... give our new Feral Death Tirz 30 a shot @48 a kit

Here's the recipe I usually make:

* 2 scoops vanilla ice cream protein powder
* 1 Nurri Vanilla ice cream protein shake
* 1 Vanilla Ratio Yogurt

It comes out to something ridiculous, around 108 grams of protein, and honestly it tastes pretty decent. It really does fill you up fast, but fair warning, it can give you some gnarly toots, haha.

You almost had me fully on board, and then "gnarly toots" showed up. Christ, I honestly can't come up with 2 words I'd rather see kept apart than those.
