Hey everyone,

I'm dealing with Cancer in my lungs. Does anybody here have knowledge about the peptide PNC27?

Knowing whether it actually does anything would be useful to me. Perhaps there's someone who has taken it personally.

I'm interested in giving it a shot.

Colon cancer led to the removal of the majority of my colon along with a significant amount of the tissue around it. The illness was severe enough that I believed I might not survive.

So far, I haven't purchased any peptides tied to cancer. Whether they amount to anything beyond a wild guess is something I genuinely doubt. Still, the phrase 'research subjects' is being used here quite casually, and experience will accumulate out of that research.

Without a collected body of evidence and experience, this is comparable to discussing the weather; it may rain, or it may not.

QSC carries PNC-27 in the Canadian Warehouse - oddly, that was the sole warehouse where it appeared. $95/kit.

Hi ReeRee,

Learning about your cancer is truly saddening. Right now my brother is dealing with cancer too, and since I'm really into peptides, I've put in hours looking into compounds that could possibly help. PNC27 came up in that search. The thing is, it's far from a simple question of "will this fight my cancer" — these peptides act along particular pathways, and a number of them need specific proteins to be present in the tumour. My brother's tumour was tested so the mutations and genetic material could be identified, which made it simpler to work out which treatments might do something and which would do nothing whatsoever.

Early case reports have linked PNC27 to severe GI bleeding in certain people, which stood out to us as a serious warning sign. What's more intriguing, though, is exploring peptides that could help the body cope during treatment. I won't name any in particular, but there are quite believable choices that might make chemo/radiotherapy easier to get through and could, in theory, have a positive impact on a tumour (though that part would be secondary and is, naturally, unproven)

Unfortunately, I doubt we'll ever see easily accessible peptides such as KPV, Ghk-Cu, Ta1 and Mots-c studied at length within cancer research, because chemotherapy is far too profitable. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but my view is that peptide use in cancer will remain a 'shot in the dark'…

Wishing you the best on your journey x

"Conspiracy theorist"? Absolutely not — you're simply stating facts. Frequently, the most crucial reading is the one done between the lines.

Cancer is outside my knowledge. So there's nothing I can give. My apologies.

Appreciate it, Shittersfull (excellent handle, by the way) — you're spot on. Digging beneath the surface through all of this has been endlessly aggravating, and at this point locating an oncologist willing to acknowledge even a theoretical upside of peptides in cancer treatment is turning out to be a real struggle 😅 at some point somebody has to step up and say it out loud!

YouTube has a lot of info. A thread was posted here not long ago discussing favorite podcasts and YouTubers. Could be useful.

Without a collected body of evidence and experience, this is comparable to discussing the weather; it may rain, or it may not.

@islandtime50 - you're certain it's 95/kit? I checked and wasn't able to locate it??

Check out the vendor list on this site. I managed to pick some up from there. Whether it actually helps? No idea. I'm going to see a dermatologist before long. There's a mark on my chest that's got me worried. Either way, I thought I'd grab a bit to keep on hand in case things ever take a turn for the worse. If it ends up helping me or someone in my family beat this, that's a win. Sending you the best of luck and a wonderful life going forward.

Yeah, I looked at the TG bot a moment ago. Today the price for 5mg of PNC-27 is $95

Right, mine came to 110 for 10mg. I came across people paying 400 online. 😳

Hello Folks,

I have Cancer (lungs) Is there anyone who know about the Peptide PNC27 ?

It would help me to know, if it works or not. Maybe someone use it for himself.

I wanna try it.

Best of luck to you - my suggestion would be to begin at .25 mg, then work up to 1mg/ day, split across 1 or 2 injections. As for where to inject, pick the highest spot on the stomach or thigh that you can tolerate - the goal being to get as near as possible to the area in question.

I hope it works for you .
