Has anyone here tried peptides that made a difference for psoriatic arthritis? I've got KLOW coming, and I'm optimistic since KPV is believed to bring inflammation down.

I'm on Skyrizie, which has mostly gotten it under control. It's a biologic rather than a peptide, and insurance covers it; through a manufacturer program that's open to anyone, my out-of-pocket cost is $0.

That said, I still have some lingering pain and inflammation.

With CJC-1295 I sleep better, and the leftover pain has disappeared completely; I use it 5 times per week.

My remaining inflammation has gone down thanks to GHK-Cu; my scalp had been clear, though I noticed a few flakes again today; I take 2mg each day.

Still, this topic really interests me; I'll keep an eye out for what others have experienced.

My take is that KLOW works really well when it comes to lowering inflammation tied to autoimmune issues. I deal with ulcerative colitis, and after I began KLOW, my CRP levels dropped into the normal range. I definitely get fewer flares.

On top of that, the itchy spots on my elbows that I figured were psoriasis have gone away.

My first round was a 9 week cycle, dosing 4mg of the total blend each day. After taking a month off, I'm now in week 9 of a 12 week stretch at 6mg/day.

Right now I'm taking Enbrel along with leflunomide, yet flares keep happening and my inflammation markers remain extremely high. My KLOW should arrive today, so I'll find out how it works for me.

Let us know how it goes. I'm really curious whether you'll see results from this.

BPC, TB4, and KPV are anti-inflammatory agents that may provide some benefit. A separate route involves immune modulators, specifically TA1 and Thymulin. These could either improve the situation or worsen it. There is a chance they produce lasting changes, shifting the immune system away from autoimmunity, yet results are unpredictable—they may assist, obstruct, or have no effect at all.
