Optimal Stack for Boosting Athletic Performance? Reta Plus What Else?

Wanted to add my 2 cents about clen — it does have a role. When bodyfat is already low and you're eating in a deficit, it helps hold onto some muscle and speeds up the cut. Sides at 30 or 40 mcg aren't too rough and are manageable. Going above 80mcg is something I'd never do, and 2 weeks is the max run length. Plenty of folks have used clen without issues, you just need to be cautious. If you've got cardiac or neurological problems, skip it. The heart apoptis findings came from rodents given enormous doses. I've had a bottle of 100 30mcg tabs sitting around for over 2 years and only about half is gone.
so you've got the tablets rather than the vials . appreciate it

Clen is available as an oral.

Same here. I stick to 20mcg and almost never use the whole 40mcg tablet. No problems at all.

Not a peptide, but bromantane is worth researching. It works well for endurance. It reduces how hard things feel, and it doesn't cause jitters or a crash. However, you can't use it in events that are WADA tested.
This is infuriating to read... I've been a memantine enthusiast and have wanted to test bromantane for roughly 5 years, yet I STILL haven't managed to do it! Could you share where you got yours?

Regarding the OP, I'm still working it out. MotsC gives a slight boost. Eager to test SS31, I have some on the way from overseas.

I really wish these compounds were cheaper, I'd love to experiment with 5AM or SLUPP and countless others.

I recently received a DSIP sample and I think it will be useful, the past 2 nights have been amazing, I suggest beginning at 300-500mcg right before bed.

TMG has significantly improved my energy, fish oil seems to help somewhat too but it's difficult to tell. Because I have methylation problems, I want to include methylfolate and methyl b12 to support my methylation pathways for NAD injections. If you're an overmethylator, NAD could be good for you. In my case, it just depletes my methyl groups like flush niacin does.

Those sites look pretty sketchy, honestly. But I kind of dig it. Takes me back to when I wasn't using RCs to stay healthy.

So what other sketchy stuff do you pick up from there, man? Got anything that's a must-have?

Haha, picked up cardarine too, plus telmisartan/nebivolol for a blast.

Dude, cardarine and bromantane together is killer for mountain biking. Today was my first ride this season and I smashed several PRs.

Damn, dude. How frequently are you dosing that cardarine?! The cancer thing sounds absurdly risky. I bet you're an absolute machine out there on the trails 🤣

Right now I'm only on reta and experimenting with a few other things, but I'm after something to fix energy problems when doing cardio, and bromantane seems perfect for that. Does it mess with your sleep at night? How does it stack up against ephedrine/caffeine/amphetamines/modafinil?

Why did you pick nebivolol as your preferred one? I've got heart problems that mean I have to take magnesium like clockwork, and I threw in tadalafil to deal with some light hypertension and blood flow problems caused by stimulant abuse. I was thinking about putting something like atenolol back in, because it seems like I'll stick around long enough for it to matter later on.

What's your experience with telmisartan? Is combining the two just a normal routine in your field to handle blood pressure spikes from gear?

To get "Increased athletic outputs" in the gym, beta-alanine is what I take. I also take it for dirt biking and mountain biking. Previously I took it on its own, but these days I just go with Transparent Labs Bulk since it contains additional ingredients as well. The idea behind beta-alanine is that it acts as a buffer against lactic acid when exercising at high intensity. Mainly for short bursts, such as lifting weights or interval-style training.

In PED circles, many consider Cardarine at 10mg per day to be fairly low risk. The cancer study was designed in a way that guaranteed negative results. From what I recall, they fed rats already predisposed to cancer around 15x the human equivalent dose per 1kg of rat, and surprise, the rats developed cancer and died a few months sooner. Cardarine also helps maintain healthy lipid levels while running orals.

Nebivolol acts as a selective beta blocker at doses up to 10mg. Pairing Nebivolol with Telmisartan is often regarded as the best cardiovascular protection during gear use, especially for left ventricular hypertrophy.

I'm a high mileage veteran dealing with a missing ligament in 1 knee, several injuries, asthma from an exposure, and thyroid failure that left me weak. One day I decided to fight back. I dropped 40lbs, then added 18lbs of lean mass confirmed by dexa.

My current stack: reta, KLOW, 3IU HGH, 200mg test, 70mg tren, cardarine, plus bromantane 2 times a week before cardio. The tren dose is just to test the low dose tren cutting hype. Tren raised my BP, so I'm on 40mg telmisartan and 5mg nebivolol.

Bromantane kicks in slowly, so take it about 1.5 hours before training. I didn't see any sleep changes, but my sleep is already terrible.

Provided a higher HR doesn't bother you, clen, cialis, and ephedra work well for aerobic endurance. Also, keep an eye on SLU-PP-915 and go after it... You can thank me afterward.

915 is new to me. After looking into it online alongside 332, I'll need to check vendors to find out whether anyone stocks it so I can give it a try. I'm currently in week 6 of my SS31 cycle, though I'm not sure whether adding it alongside SS31 would be too much, given that I use mots-c in between.

I'm a middle-aged guy who stays pretty active — I lift 3-4 times a week, keep an eye on what I eat, put in 70 miles a week on the road bike, and log 7-9k steps a day. Right now I'm running reta and just wrapped up week 5. Lately I've been " digging into " which compounds might work well alongside Reta. CJC/IPA crossed my mind, but MOTS is also on my radar. Oddly, the piece I linked didn't mention MOTS at all.

In your experience, what actually moves the needle for athletic output? Personally, I'd love to see better endurance both on the bike and in the gym. MOTS looks like it could deliver that, and the price isn't crazy.

Curious what everyone thinks. Appreciate it!
MotsC is a solid pick for energy—use it 30 minutes prior to training sessions or long endurance efforts. For recovery, inflammation, repair, and immune support, my nighttime routine includes tb500, bpc 157, kpv, and ghkCu.

From what I understand, you're meant to run SS-31 for roughly 30 days before starting MOTS-c. The exact protocol slips my mind, but hey, do your own homework. 🤣

500mcg of DSIP gave me zero results....

TMG—what is that? The Mass Geometry?

I haven't tried 5AM yet, but SLU genuinely delivers; however, my tolerance climbed every week, so I had to increase the dose a lot (pills, not injections). If you go with pills, I'd suggest stacking SLU with BAM15! It's likely more placebo than a real "exercise in a pill," but I did notice a difference.

TMG, or trimethylglycine. It supplies the methyl groups required for converting NR into NAD+.

Damn, I was completely out of SS31! I'm familiar with how the "protocol" works, which is exactly why I picked up SS31.

Give it another shot. Last night I used a mg. My first attempt was around 650mcg and it worked wonderfully. You just have to inject it within 30 minutes of going to sleep.

Trimethylglycine, also called Betaine Anhydrous. It backs up the methylation pathways that come before SAMe. It's a must if you're using flush niacin to raise NAD levels, or if you plan to take massive NAD doses without feeling wiped out. Stack it with methylfolate and B12 for the best support.

That's completely wild. Lord help me once I have money to burn.

Adding my support for Mots as well. It's obvious why it's prohibited in athletics. On days I run, I use it and simply never fatigue; it doesn't directly improve my speed or conditioning, but my 5k's feel far more pleasant.

in reality, if MOTS-c lets you keep going without fatigue or hold a pace you couldn't otherwise sustain, it could end up improving your fitness.

To boost performance, I use MOTS-c along with NAD+, and I also add a pre-workout drink. Right now I’m taking Hyde, which I buy at Costco since it’s very inexpensive there.

MOTS-c – 5mg – taken on M-W-F

NAD+ – 50mg – taken every day

Has anyone here used higher amounts of either one, or dosed them more often?

I’m not sure whether it accumulates and remains in your system. I’m wondering if I should only use it on training days so I don’t waste it.

Every day I run, and I also take 1 mg of mots-c each day. Along with electrolytes and a few carbs ahead of my run, this approach has turned out to work quite well for me.
