I've been on daily Omeprazole and Semaglutide for about 18 months (just switch to Tirz two weeks ago, but kinda irrelevant). My gastroenterologist, following some blood work, had me on a B12 supplement once a day.
Well my B12 went from 270 to 1,792 pg/ml since February (normal range is up to 1,100). My PCP said "OK, time to ramp down on the B12". I've been using the Costco B12, which is (no joke) 208,333% of your daily dosage - as it's so hard to absorb B12.
I was kinda surprised to see that an oral vitamin actually did something.
