That's quite a lineup! Here in California I'm running almost the exact same protocol. Fingers crossed I'll be able to keep it going once I'm back in Australia.JustMakeItHappen said:

Greetings from Australia, where it's currently autumn! I'm fairly new to this. I've been on retatrutide for 8 weeks now, and I inject twice per week.
Week 1: 0.5mg (every week I split it into 2 doses)
Weeks 2 through 6: 1mg
Weeks 7 and 8: 2mg
So far I've dropped roughly 5-6kg. My starting weight was 69kg, I'm 5"6, and female.
The side effects have been quite intriguing. I've got the sore skin that seems to come up for everyone, along with a bit of nausea and headaches from the ret when I don't get enough water (sadly I'm someone who can't stand drinking it plain or at room temperature - yes, I know). Compared to other posts I've come across here, it looks like my titration is on the gentler side. Would that make me a hyper responder?
This has really sparked my interest in learning the finer points of navigating the peptide world. I'd love to hear other people's stories and maybe get some advice on stacking.
Me: 35 years old, male, tipping the scales at 100 kg right now.
My retatrutide journey kicked off at 0.5 mg too, though I went off-script rather than sticking rigidly to the usual protocol. My approach was to tune in to what my body was telling me and bump things up only once it seemed right. Four weeks passed at 0.5 mg, after which I moved up in 0.5 mg steps.
Honestly, not a lot happened for me until I crossed the 4 mg mark.
On the stacking front, what other things are you thinking about adding in?
Still, this GLP community is top-notch, and you've landed in exactly the right place to start exploring peptides.
Best of luck with everything!
For me, 2mg brings on some fairly intense side effects — I honestly can't picture ramping all the way to 12mg the way the clinical trials do.
I'm keen to try GHK-CU, though I've read that its side effects can be rough as well. Are you running anything besides that?
When it comes to shedding pounds and curbing hunger, my stack is just Reta plus Cagrilitide (4mg Reta, 1mg Cagrilitide).
Beyond those, here's my everyday lineup.
BPC157/TB500 - 750mcg taken 2x per day (totaling 1.5mg daily)
KLOW - made up of
GHKCU - 3.3mg
BPC157 - 670mcg
TB500 - 670mcg
KPV - 670mcg
and on top of that I also use
MOTSC - 2mg
Selank - 1mg
Semax - 350mcg
Regarding what you asked about electrolytes - my take is the simplest (and most budget-friendly) route is picking up a high-quality Celtic salt, taking a pinch in a glass of water each morning, and you can repeat it during the day based on how much energy you're burning.
Lately I've switched to taking it under the tongue - I place the same morning amount directly beneath my tongue, let the mucosal membrane absorb it for about a minute or 2, then swallow what's left with a large glass of water!
I hope this wall of text manages to help you at least a little![]()
Same here, I'd love to get a proper handle on it. So far my only sources have been this place and a couple of mates who pin.Indiana said:

As for the BPC/TB, I can't say I've noticed anything from it yet — that's typical though, usually it kicks in somewhere around the 6-8 week point.
MOTSC targets your mitochondria, so I'm not sure whether you're supposed to actually feel anything from it?
The GHKCU inside the KLOW has been fantastic — honestly I believe it's making a real difference for my skin and hair. Selank does great things for anxiety, and I've only recently started the Semax, so it's still too soon to say!
My partner is on GHKCU too and she's a big fan.

For that stretch of time, 5-6kgs sounds roughly in line. Usually the initial 2-3kgs is water/glucagon that tends to come off in the first 2 weeks, meaning the other 3kg works out to roughly 0.5kg weekly — a great pace for weight loss.
Like the other commenter said: keep your fluids up!
Plain water isn't the only option; you can mix in zero cal. syrup/lemonade or even have diet soda.
Best of luck on your journey!

What exactly are you getting at?
Are you talking about a vendor getting them past customs? lol
Yep, Perth in Western Australia.JustMakeItHappen said:

Thanks for the great tips, and that's quite a cocktail lineup you've got! What shifts have stood out most for you so far while running this combo?JustMakeItHappen said:
Honestly, I'm completely baffled by how anyone reaches those kinds of doses! My guess is it must be folks who begin at a very high weight with multiple medical issues going on.greenapplesandham said:

I hope this wall of text manages to help you at least a little![]()
KLOW is next up on my testing list![]()
Sorry, I missed those messages
As for the BPC/TB, I can't say I've noticed anything from it yet — that's typical though, usually it kicks in somewhere around the 6-8 week point.
MOTSC targets your mitochondria, so I'm not sure whether you're supposed to actually feel anything from it?
The GHKCU inside the KLOW has been fantastic — honestly I believe it's making a real difference for my skin and hair. Selank does great things for anxiety, and I've only recently started the Semax, so it's still too soon to say!
My partner is on GHKCU too and she's a big fan.
