Hi Everyone!

I'm brand new to all of this. Reta has been on my mind as a possible starting point. The problem is I have no idea where to begin or how to go about it. I've had T2D for a long time. There's some visceral fat I need to shed too. Perhaps something could also assist with sleep apnea and issues around sleep duration. I'm looking forward to browsing the forum and picking things up. Suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

(P.S. I read through every rule book on this site. Quite intimidating 😁. I'm hoping none of the rules are being broken by me - everything I've asked is very generic.)

Welcome. If excess weight is an issue for you, then beginning with retatrutide is likely the best step to take. Provided your anatomy isn't unfavourable, I would anticipate that losing weight would also clear up your [possible underlying] sleep apnea. How long you've had these symptoms is unclear to me, but since poor sleep quality can cause serious harm as time goes on, bringing this up with your doctor could also be worthwhile.
