There's loads of different opinions on NAD+ dosages which have been discussed fairly regularly on here. Use the search function and have a read.
 
Your search might return this doc, if not, here it is. I really think the best benefit comes from synergistic effect you get when taken with the MOTS-c. Good thing is you can start the NAD+ now while you wait on the MOTS-c to arrive.

Thanks for this one. I am about to start NAD+ with mots and ss31 as well.
 
I am not sure how much of that was AI generated or proven. But the links to trials and other info are in there, and there is some sensible logic to it.
 
Whatever works for you. 25-50mg to assess tolerance. It doesn't do much for me but my mom seems to like it. Started her off at 150mg subq right out of the gate and she doesn't get any uncomfortable effects.

Be aware that NAD burns up methyl groups, kinda like flush niacin but not as intense. If you're doing a lot of it consider supporting with methyl b/tmg/phosphatidylcholine
 
Following the protocol I posted earlier, I ran the NAD+ for several weeks after I ran out of the MOTS-c and the effects did taper a bit. Looking at my spreadsheet it looks like I ran NAD+ for about five weeks until my kit was gone. I'll probably run an Epitalon cycle late summer and then run complete SS/MOTS-c and NAD+ cycle again when I have more time to work out in the fall/winter.

100 megs is way too high of a starting dosage.

Start with 25mg and work your way up
 
It's been mentioned here already, but start off lower and titrate up. I think I started 25mg EOD, slowly worked up to 100mg per day within 8 weeks if I remember correctly. I eventually moved over to 1000mg oral NR daily as its better suited for raising baseline cellular NAD levels over time. more stable. NAD pins are more of a direct, short term delivery and with short term effect.
