That's incredible! I've also got clothes stacked in every direction across sizes, though lately the only direction I've been adding to is the smaller end of the list. It helps that our house has several bedrooms, so the good stuff can hang in spare closets while everything else lives in boxes.

Mind sharing how long you've been at this, which medication you're on, where you started weight-wise, how your titration went, and what you're at now?
For sure! My starting peak weight was 330. I realized cleaning myself after the bathroom had become REALLY hard, and I could no longer tie my shoes or trim my own toenails.

My first injection was on August 9th 2025.

I don't remember my exact titration schedule, but at this point I'm taking 6 mg tirz on Fridays plus 7 mg reta on Mondays.

Currently at 215, I'm sort of allowing myself to eat a bit more and only dropped 5 pounds over the past month, but that's fine.

Once my upcoming procedure is done I'll push hard toward my goal, which is 190.

I threw out every piece of my fat people clothes and have 4 hydrapeaks stocked with glp1s, I will never be fat again unless I end up in prison! Lol
Man, I really hope I can walk the exact same road right behind you. Incredible work!

Incredible!!! I honestly have no idea what my total loss in inches is — not 16, but quite a bit. I dropped from a size 16 to a size 6. GLP's are some kind of magic. Congrats!

I’ve got a question. Before Reta entered your routine, how many months were you on tirzepatide alone? Also, what made you decide to bring Reta in? I’m asking because I’ll likely take that same step down the road.

Honest answer? It was sitting right there, and I already had it clutched in my sticky hands. Everywhere on Reddit and across the internet, the chorus goes "nope, never combine them, you'll fry your glp1 receptors, flush costly meds down the drain, choose one or the other." Then I land on GLP1Chat and folks are stacking them constantly.

Early this year, while at 10mg of tirz, I made the call to bring reta in, lowered the tirz, and slowly raised the reta.

My beginning was modest, with the original idea being a full switch from tirz to reta, yet these days I'm running pretty comparable doses of both, and my appetite, which once ran completely wild, is now something I can actually manage.

Stacking isn't a forever plan, but research on these glp1s indicates that past a certain point, their effectiveness tends to fade over time. And reaching goal matters a lot to me, by whatever route, before that point arrives.

So I'll stack until goal is reached, after which I'll probably settle on just one, most likely reta since that stuff is seriously potent, you can tell it hits harder than the tirz, though who really knows? Both work for me.

The weight keeps coming off, and that's the main thing, everything revolves around the loss and the goal. Even how quickly it happens.

I've got sooooo much of both drugs that I could (borrowed this line from someone else) dump out the vials and smother a huge grease fire on the stove with all that powder.

Regardless, I'm grateful to everyone here on this board, my life shifted first thanks to glp1s, and then shifted again once I found this forum and got far smarter about how they function and how to get the most out of them.

Thank you all.

When I last measured, the number was 15 — and it's still going down!!!!

I'm approaching the 1-year mark on my glp1 path, and from where I stand, this medication remains nothing short of bottled wizardry.

Take it away and I turn into an endlessly ravenous hippo. At my job, I was previously the largest person around by a wide margin. Honestly, that was true almost everywhere I showed up. These days, I'm among the smallest. Wild. I'll happily accept that. The goal is getting really, really near....
Losing 16 in. is wild 👀! You really put in the effort to come this far within 12 months, and I'm proud of you. Don't stop now — that goal is just around the corner!!!

That's amazing!

It gives me a reason to stay out of prison, haha

Nice work, Bubba. I regret not having taken measurements or photos prior to beginning on January 1st.

Amazing work!!! What a massive win.

Nice going! I was also combining Tirz and Reta, and last week I quit Tirz entirely. I am noticing somewhat more appetite, and my weight loss has stalled. I raised Reta by .5mg, yet I still keep feeling like mixing up another vial of tirz instead. I might go ahead and do that.

Nice job! Still, while using GLP1s, you also need to figure out how to avoid junk food and toxins such as sugar... GLP1s can't be your permanent solution.

Congrats

I never knew my beginning waist measurement or my precise starting weight, since I was too horrified to take those numbers before dropping pounds. What I do remember is that my belly used to press against the steering wheel, and these days there is roughly an 8 inch space.

Yeah, same here — measuring myself felt awful at first, but I pushed through and I'm happy I did. You're crushing it, my friend!

Reading this really lifts me up, Octo. I've got a huge amount to shed, just as you once did, and seeing and reading about it gives my confidence a real boost. Compared with how you were before, you have to be feeling fantastic. This is something I need for myself!

Nice work!!🍻
