At the moment I'm dealing with significant injuries to my shoulder, back, knee and ankle, and here's my current protocol:

Every day:

- 4mg each of bpc, tb, kpv, ghk, ara, cartalax

(Bpc, tb and cartalax come as a 10/10/10 blend, divided into 2 doses per day: 2/2/2 and 2/2/2)

- 1mg aod

For a while I ran Reta at 4 mg weekly; after increasing it I got skin irritation and also came down with a flu or something, so I dropped back to 2 mg weekly and will reassess in a couple of weeks.

Each night I also take cjc/ipa at 0,3 of each (starting dose 0,1), and every morning tesa 1mg (started at 0,5). The gh peps are still very early. 5 days on and 2 of.

Since the illness hit me hard for a few days, I skipped most or all of my doses. Whether that disrupted the healing process I can't say, though I doubt it.

What I've noticed:

1) better vision: details here: /community-link/thread/25453/

2) less pain in my injuries but the same limited range of motion. This is 3 weeks in the cycle.

On YouTube I saw some doctors using 10 or 20 mg of bpc or bpc/tb, so I decided to give it a try.

First, on Sunday, I did bpc 5mg and tb 5mg and right away saw a HUGE improvement. Pain dropped significantly and in the knee it almost disappeared entirely. The shoulder also moved a little better over the following days.

After 3-4 days I did another 5/5. Same results, nothing changed.

The next Sunday I did 10/10 and again the improvement was great! Knee zero pain and shoulder wayyy less + mobility improved. Same with my back.

I haven't taken any extra dose, but most likely will do 10/10 next Sunday.

Will keep updating.

One thing I noticed yesterday and today: in my usual pinning spots I get blood (a little) coming out when I pin, whereas before there was none or extremely rarely.

Planning to do some lab tests in 2-3 weeks.

Should have included this earlier in case it matters: male, 44 years old, 1,85 m/6'1", weight now 100 kg/220 lbs (down 46 kg/100lbs since April, when I started at 146kg/322lbs)

I follow keto-carnivore OMAD, which is how I dropped most of the weight, and later I added reta.

I lift weights, but injuries plus 4 young kids plus a heavy workload mean I keep it light (I used to do powerlifting) and manage 1-3 sessions per week at most. Mostly an upper/lower split, and full body only rarely, if I know I won't make it to the gym for a week or longer.

On top of that I've had hypothyroidism for almost 25 years and take 125 T4 every day.

When I tore a quad, I ran as high as 6mg of wolverine per day for a month. The only thing that happened was the tear mending faster than I'd ever seen; I had no problems at all. I divided the dose between morning and evening.

I've also come across reports of people going considerably higher, around 15mg daily across 10 or 20 days. Diminishing returns must kick in somewhere, though my guess is that the threshold sits quite high.

I hear you — our stacks are nearly identical, and I eat a lot of meat. There's a ribeye after each workout, plus the next morning and midday I finish the leftover steak from my wife's portion. Dinner gets protein shakes, bars and carbs mixed in.

For 6 years an elbow/forearm injury stopped me from lifting heavy.

These days I run Wolverine/Cartalax and KPV on a 5 on 2 off schedule. The injury is about 95% resolved.

I began on reta 1mg, but dropped it after a month because hitting my daily protein target had become difficult. In the gym I'm lifting as heavy as I did in my 20's.

Tesa/IPA goes in 30 mintues before bed, on a 2 hour fast. Word is that with a decent Reta dose you'd want closer to 4-5 hours instead, since digestion slows down.

You mentioned running CJC and Tesa on the same day. That was my first idea too, but I came across something saying it has to be one or the other: Tesa/IPA or CJC/IPA.

IGF-1 LR3 is in the mix as well, though I honestly plan to cut it at the 3 week mark. Reconstituting the .1mg every other day at a 500mcg dose gets tiring. And I'm not really seeing or feeling much.

One more thing — my testosterone came back too high for my doctor to prescribe trt (875 and 19free). Apparently plenty of guys take it to land at those numbers. At 56 I'm blessed to still have this natural number, so I'd rather not mess with it.

Anyway, you may want to look into mixing CJC and Tesa on the same day.

Maybe it wasn't

Yeah, there are definitely plenty of parallels 🙂

I've eliminated all processed foods entirely — no whey, no protein bars, and 0 carbs for me. Feeling great, though keeping fat intake high every single day is a challenge.

True, cjc and tesa do the same thing, but given the narrow window and the hourly spacing between them, I figure it should be okay.

Your T levels are excellent, congrats! My sleep is so poor that it throws my levels off. At the moment I'm around 450-500 if I recall right, but with more sleep it might climb (?). For instance, yesterday I went to bed at 1-1:30 and at 4 my son came in to sleep with us and I couldn't get back to sleep 😅 But it's fine ❤️.

A few of my injuries won't heal without surgery, like my 3/4 labral tear in the left shoulder. Fingers crossed everything else improves though.

Igf1 Lr3 I'm a bit hesitant to try, even though I plan to start some peg - mgf soon.

I mix up several vials at once because I run high doses and usually go through each vial of most peps in 1-3 days. (Only reta and ghk last weeks.)

By the way, just to be clear: the extra wolverine is added on top of the bpc/tb/cartalax I'm already using

A research friend of mine used Wolverine at 10mg for 10days to address chronic hip and knee pain. He reported that his hips “felt great”. Clearly, it is a tough protocol to follow from a financial perspective.

What was the outcome once he discontinued it?

Is there any reason not to go with 100?
I'm being serious here. I've begun to suspect that the entire practice of microdosing these compounds (that daily 500mcg/.5mg - 2000mcg/2mg stuff) is a scam. My guess is that at some point in the future we'll find out real benefits only show up once you get to 50-100mg per day. That's just me thinking out loud, though.

That said, some cases have demonstrated protection against cancer. Other risks would worry me more as well — hemangioma, nodules, stroke and so on :/ (the more, the likelier)

@Slaine - Thanks for sharing this, it's really interesting. I have issues with my back and hip, plus arthritis in my right hand that bothers me whenever I bench press heavy weights. I've been injecting wolverine straight into the right hand and it appears to reduce the pain somewhat - perhaps 30-40% - at .5-1mg/day.

This stuff is expensive - even buying gray, it's roughly 120/kit at best. I've never gone above about 1.5mg/day - and even at 5mg/day that works out to 6.00 / day.

I do have some kits of bpc and some kits of tb. I combined one of the 10mg bpc kits with 20mg cartalax in a single vial, pinned 1mg into the hand, and it did seem to help (I stopped pinning the wolverine). Then I combined 10mg tb with 20mg cartalax into a vial, pinned it, and it didn't seem to help my hand. Given your findings, I think I might try pinning 5mg bpc alone into my hand to see what happens. Bpc is relatively cheap compared to the tb - if this works it would definitely be far more economically feasible than the wolverine.

Thanks for sharing your age and body metrics. The more I look at it, the more convinced I become that when it comes to "healing" peptides, a person's age, weight, and possibly gender play a big part in what dosage range actually works. It's tough to accept that a 30yr 120Ib woman running a wolverine protocol and a 40yr 250Ib man with the identical injury would need the same thing.

Good to hear you appear to have landed on a protocol that's working for you 💪. Lately a lot of people have been posting their mega dosing protocols and saying how happy they are with the results. Until real clinical human trials exist for these peptides, no protocol should be treated as the gold standard.

I agree that bpc costs less, and it seems you can push the dose quite high and still notice gains, while TB appears to hit a "ceiling."

Post traumatic arthritis is something I deal with too. Once my more aggressive protocol is done, I'll get an MRI to check for any changes. Right now it feels great, though I hope that isn't only temporary.

All I can really add here is that TB500/BPC 157 has seemed to work better and better for me the more I've used it, though 2mg daily was the most I ever ran of each. I don't know where that ceiling sits — I'll be watching for your reports!

My girlfriend is a living counterexample. For years she had pain in her right knee, sometimes severe, and now and then it felt like electric shocks.

The orthopedist told her every ligament was destroyed and that surgery was the only option.

She has since finished 2 cycles of 6 weeks each with BPC-157, and the pain is now mostly gone. The daily dose went in near the knee—0.5 mg per day in the first cycle, and 0.75 mg in the second, which ended yesterday. As a preventive step I have now ordered some Cartalax for her; when it arrives we will start a new cycle at 2 mg daily, together with KPV. We are both eager to find out whether there will be more improvement. For now, she has put the thought of surgery completely aside. More is not always better. Some things just need time.

I ran 0,25mg of bpc per day as well, and the MRI confirmed that my meniscus tear had healed. The other injuries, though, showed little improvement, which is the reason I've moved to a higher dose. Perhaps it just needs more time and/or a larger dose — or maybe, in my situation, that's the limit of what it can achieve? Time will tell....
