Hey Folks,

I've been digging into everything I can find about KPV, but details on extended use and what a reset period looks like are pretty scarce. The only thing I came across was a single comment from someone saying their aches and pains returned after they stopped KPV for 1 week, so I'm curious whether anyone else has had that happen. For the last 2-3 weeks I've been on 500mcg daily alongside my GHK-Cu, and the change in my everyday body aches is unmistakable. It's working so well that I'm wondering what months or years of use, with or without breaks, might mean.

So for those who've been at this a while:

  1. What's your typical dose, and how long have you been running KPV?
  2. Do you cycle off? If yes, what does your protocol look like? (8 weeks on/1 week off etc)
  3. When you do take a break, what happens? More inflammation, return of aches/pain etc?
I'm hoping this helps anyone else considering KPV. Honestly, it's among the best peps I've tried, and I'd like to keep going with it for as long as it stays healthy to do so. 🙂

I have gone through the same thing, and my period of use is roughly comparable as well. I will be keeping up with this thread, and I am also interested in getting that information.

After roughly 1 month of use, I raised the dosage to 2mg. A 7-day pause then became necessary, and the contrast was unmistakable.

A major problem with a lot of these peptides is that long-term human use data is extremely scarce — honestly, essentially nonexistent. That makes you the test subject 🙂

KPV has been great for me. My restless leg syndrome, which I've dealt with for decades and which was quite severe, is gone. My sleep has improved as well. And the many aches and pains I used to have are now almost completely gone.

For the last year I've been on 1mg (occasionally 2mg — 1mg in the morning and 1 before bed). So far, no side effects. Whether I'll quit is unclear .. I probably ought to, though 😀

A genuine question here: when the results are this good, what would be the reason to quit? That is, as long as nothing bad is showing up (or at least nothing you can notice). ?

Sincere question: if you're seeing such benefits why would you stop? Assuming no ill effects (or none that are obvious). ?

Honestly, the full picture of what KPV does internally is a mystery, and any adverse effects could stay hidden until the damage is already done.

Having solid long-term human safety data from clinical trials would certainly put my mind at ease.

I started taking kpv on May 1 and don't plan on stopping. Right now I'm stretching my supply, roughly .4mg per day (currently in a diy klow blend), though for a few months I was doing .75 twice daily. If I only dose once a day instead of twice, my digestion feels different. Once my kits arrive, I'll return to a twice-a-day schedule: klow or ghkcu in the morning, and by itself or alongside other interesting compounds in the evening.

Well, who knows what KPV is really doing 'under the hood', and, who knows what sides might not become evident until it's too late.

Sure would feel better if there were some long term clinical human safety studies.

Your worries match mine, which is exactly why I've been trying to collect stories from people who've used it for a long stretch. What worries me most is the idea of holding back my body's own capacity to clear an infection or mend an injury, if inflammation is being signaled to ease off all the time.

That said, I have no idea whether that's actually how it works (and as you said, I doubt anyone really does), but just like every other thing in this area, personal reports are the only thing we've got right now!

Big supporter of KPV here, and I keep up with the research on it often. I've shared what I've gone through multiple times, with a detailed version the first time. To put it simply, I'll keep taking it for as long as I can get my hands on it. Here's one of my recaps. There's a lot of KPV research shared on this site.
