Lilly takes 6 sellers to court over retatrutide

A drop in the bucket. The money on offer is simply too large for grey to be shut out.

Went through some of the court docs from the actual filing and one of the "RUO" brands
had a "Retatrutide Dosage Calculator"

Makes a mockery of Research Use Only... Nobody put them in this position except themselves.
Someone was speculating that BAC water is sold on these sites too, which may explain why these
particular ones got picked--RUO stops being a shield that way, or something.

That is what I came across too.

Eli Lilly sues 6 companies over illegal retatrutide sales

It is still inside Phase 3 trials and no regulator anywhere has cleared it for human use

www.yahoo.com
bnlfl got there first,
My bad, I had not seen it. If a mod wants to delete this, feel free, not that my permission is needed.

EL is probably just irritated that the name they chose, Retatrutide, gets pronounced
RUH-TA-TRUE-TYDE by the company that coined it. Yet every YouTuber/Influencer — the so called medical
professionals and doctors included, who really should know better — goes with REHTA-TRUE-TYDE. That has
gotta burn 😛 😛 😛
Given $3 to $5 billion went into research across the last decade, I would be pissed off too.

Heard a looksmaxing guru pronounce it as

"ruh-TAH-tra-tide"
Maybe that's how the company wants it said. Almost nobody gets Sem-A-trutide right — the emphasis usually lands wrong, as sema-TRU-tide.
Huh? The spelling looks to be missing half its letters, ha. Semaglutide — sema-glue-tide
sem, with the A stressed, glutide

Same thing, right? Angie, I took you for having skipped a letter there. And Zip, thanks 😊

Anyone know any of those sites, or how the product was marketed there? I would have
thought far better known sites would be the target. If this is apparently a "gray" area of legality,
then what tipped the decision to sue, I wonder. Meaning the peptide vendors specifically, not the med
spas or compounders.
Arriving late to this thread, but my first taste of Reta came via a supplier using one of these pharmacies (Striker). An IG ad is where I spotted it, and nothing about it appeared anywhere on their website. Outside that ad, it was invisible. Cost was steep: $250/mo to start, for a 30-day supply at 1mg. It arrived already mixed, boxed with syringes and alcohol wipes, and the packaging with ice packs was done well. A couple of months of that went by before I started looking hard at the science and the pricing. Then I came across this place and never went back.

I'm not certain naming it is allowed, but the company was Wellvia, with Striker pharmacy supplying the Reta. Simple and convenient, yet wildly overpriced. Every month the next shipment ran late as well. How they imagined they could get away with compounding an unapproved drug is beyond me, but at the time I didn't care.
