Hi all! I'm about to begin using KPV and would love to hear how it has worked for others who use it to keep inflammation under control. What amount do you use each day? Is it 1x daily or do you split it into more? How soon does relief show up? After a shot, how long does that relief hold? Does the effect fade at all with longer use? If there's anything else you think would help, please share. Thanks so much!

My intake is 0.5mg each day. To manage skin and gut problems, I follow a 20-day cycle on, then 20 days off. Roughly a week in, the positive effects become clearly noticeable every single time.

It's an absolute favorite of mine! Only reta ranks higher, in my view.

I started with 3 pins at 250 mcg, then moved to 500 mcg (taken once each morning). Roughly a couple of weeks passed before I saw anything.

For 30 years, every morning, I've gone down the stairs placing one foot on one step at a time. Two weeks into KPV, and I'm able to descend the stairs like anyone else right after waking up.

Reta has helped me drop some weight, so that surely plays a part, but I'm convinced KPV is doing a huge amount of the work.

Those 2 are at the very top of my list too. It's great that you're finding some relief! In my view, KPV is fantastic.

Every so often I'll take a break on purpose, just to confirm it's working. After a 2-week pause, the constant pain in my shoulders returned.

I'm on my first run with it, and from here on out I'll make sure to keep a surplus on hand.

What's your usual length of use? I've come across mentions of 4-12 months.

After you stopped, how long was it before the pain started returning?

That's wonderful news, and I'm really glad for you. My hope is that I'll also be able to walk normally before long. What's your length of time on KPV so far? Do you take breaks or go on and off it?

This is my initial run with it, and I've now been using it for roughly three weeks.

My intention is to continue for a minimum of 2-3 months, though I'm sort of working it out along the way.

When I initially quit, it only took a few days before I jumped straight back on. This time around, I've gone roughly 2 weeks without it, and only recently have I begun to feel that it's missing.

Right now I take 0.5mg each morning. My gut health has definitely shown some improvement so far. It has only been about a week, and my plan is to continue for 30 days before considering whether to add BPC.

i'm literally beginning kpv today. right now i'm on reta 1 x per week at night, wolverine, and tesormorelin. would that work alongside what i'm already taking, and should i just put it in at night or is morning better?

None of those compounds will get in KPV's way. If you pair it with a wolverine protocol, what you end up with is essentially KLOW minus the GHK-Cu — a combo some folks have started referring to as a “Tri-Heal blend.” My own preference these days is to alternate KPV, BPC, and TB4 rather than run them together, simply because that makes it easier to tell which one is producing which effect. I'm still of the view that each of them brings something useful, but in my case the difference is definitely more obvious when KPV isn't in the mix (meaning I notice its absence). (As I said before, cycling really isn't necessary. The only reason I've been doing it recently is that I'm sitting on a large amount of BPC and TB4, and, once again, short pauses let me confirm KPV remains the magic sauce.)

On the question of timing, opinions split a couple of ways.

One school of thought says to scatter your different peps across the day (or at minimum divide them between morning and night), so the endotoxin burden is spread out rather than dumped on your body faster than it can clear it. (That's sound guidance, though I don't follow it myself, because I've found that evening peps are something I end up skipping far too often.)

With KPV specifically, you can use it at whatever point inflammation peaks for you. If mornings are when you're stiffest, that's your window. If things flare up at night after a day of work, that's your window.

Alternatively, just fit it in wherever your schedule allows. I don't believe there's a correct or incorrect choice here — only the one that suits you best. KPV acts systemically. Stay consistent and you'll likely see changes within roughly a week.

thanks a lot for getting back to me, I really appreciate it

I began KPV in late March and have injected it every day since. My starting amount was .5, and roughly 3 weeks later—after feeling basically nothing—I bumped it to 1mg. These days I'm also running GHK-cu on a daily basis, so I combine the two in carts and do a single pin each day (GHK 2mg plus KPV .8mg). As other people have pointed out, KPV is a very mild support pep, so there's really no limit on how long you can or should stay on it. Given that GHK's benefits only begin to really show themselves somewhere in the 3-6 month window, I plan to continue KPV daily at minimum until my 6 month GHK trial reaches the 6 month mark.

I added my 2 cents to the thread. Saturday marked the end of my Glow cycle, and I began KPV on Sunday at .5mg daily. Overall, Glow has worked well for me, though once I read about Klow I felt somewhat let down that I hadn't chosen it over Glow. Still, I realized I could alternate Glow and KPV cycles to see what happens.
