I'm a 57 year old woman who happened across this place and I'm so glad I did! An hour of reading and soaking things up convinced me to sign up, because I picked up so much. So I'm here to research and learn whatever I can from all of you.

Alpha gal syndrome is something I live with, and Tirz came into my life almost 3 months back. My DO turned me down flat when I raised it, insisting that isn't what glp 1 is for, after a friend told me it was helping push AGS into remission and easing the inflammation and joint pain. Desperate, I jumped in blind. I'd tried digging around elsewhere with little joy, until now. By week 5 the swelling was on its way out, my reactions to fumes calmed right down and I got through a dairy serving with no reaction at all. I cried, honestly — it had been 4 yrs since I'd eaten proper cheese! That's my story and the reason I'm here. Thanks for reading.

Happy to hear it's working for you. Going 4 years with no cheese? That sounds awful! I'd have been crying tears of joy too.

Greetings! I’m also just starting out here. Since loads of other spots (FB, Reddit, and so on) are packed with wrong info, I decided to put my energy into this forum instead. Honestly, I appreciate that newcomers are limited at first as a way to screen people. All the same, I can’t stand our health care system or the doctors who called peptides "snake oil" - word for word. Cheers

Glad to have you here too. Same feeling about those other spots. Natural remedies are something I really stand behind. Herbs handle just about all my needs. The big drug companies aren't in the business of helping—wellness doesn't turn a profit. Imagine that.

Believe me, that was a tough one. For red meat I've got emu lol, but plant based cheese? Just awful šŸ˜†
