I'm a 57 year old woman who happened across this place and I'm so glad I did! An hour of reading and soaking things up convinced me to sign up, because I picked up so much. So I'm here to research and learn whatever I can from all of you.
Alpha gal syndrome is something I live with, and Tirz came into my life almost 3 months back. My DO turned me down flat when I raised it, insisting that isn't what glp 1 is for, after a friend told me it was helping push AGS into remission and easing the inflammation and joint pain. Desperate, I jumped in blind. I'd tried digging around elsewhere with little joy, until now. By week 5 the swelling was on its way out, my reactions to fumes calmed right down and I got through a dairy serving with no reaction at all. I cried, honestly ā it had been 4 yrs since I'd eaten proper cheese! That's my story and the reason I'm here. Thanks for reading.
