Hey everyone.

Peptides are fairly new territory for me, though my first exposure came more than 10 years back through a forum named DatbTrue. I took part in a lot of conversations in that period, and I might have experimented with 1 or 2 peptides (MT2, GHRP2). Since those days, the peptide field has clearly exploded. The number of new peptides that have appeared since I first learned about them is huge.

What I'm after now is better overall health. I plan to shed some weight and boost my health in a cascading manner, so that each peptide works alongside the rest.

Above all, I'm working on raising my energy levels and cognitive function, since I'm in my late 40s and have seen these abilities decline.

I'm hoping to contribute positively to the discussions on this forum.

Really glad to be joining this community. 😉

Hello. Being in my late 50s, I get what it's like when energy and thinking skills drop off, particularly over the past 2 years. Those are a few of the things I'm working on. Best of luck.

Our objectives are likely aligned.

My plan is to lay the groundwork first, then focus on repair, and finally work on cognitive enhancement.

Here is the sequence I'm following:

1. Lower inflammation and enhance repair.

Glutathione + KPV.

2. Mitochondrial support

SS-31, MOTS-C, 5-amino-1mq.

3. Tissue and structural recovery

KLOW, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin.

4. Rest and restoration

DSIP, Epitalon.

5. Boosting cognition

Selank, Semax, Kisspeptin, PE-22-28.

6. Longevity for the brain

Pinealon, Cerebrolysin, VIP.

This list isn't complete and might change. I'm currently only on stage 2. There will clearly be some crossover among these peptides and phases, so it's still evolving.

I gave stage 3 a shot, but SS-31 turned out to be too costly for a worthwhile duration, and MOTS-C was overly stimulating (I did a week of each).

Heading on vacation shortly, then I'll begin stage 4 once I'm back.

EDIT: Oh, I should also add, I'm taking Reta (2mg/week) starting from stage 2 and will keep it going throughout (same with glutathione and KPV).

Wow, that's quite a Stack. At the moment, is reta the only thing you're running?

I'm currently using Reta, KPV, Glutathione, and KLOW.

Once I'm back from vacation, I'll begin Cjc+ipa, and then after about 2 weeks, I'll overlap with DSIP and Epitalon.

My approach is always to introduce a single peptide at a time (for roughly 1 week) so I can gauge its effects before introducing anything else.
