Hi all.

I'm relatively new to peptides, but was introduced to them over 10 years ago on a forum called DatbTrue. I was involved in many discussions back then, and I maybe tried one or two peptides (MT2, GHRP2). Since then, obviously the peptide space has taken off in dramatic fashion. There are so many new peptides since I was first made aware of them.

My goal now, is to improve my overall health. I intend to lose some weight, and improve my overall health in a cascading way which will allow each peptide to complement the others.

Most importantly, I am trying to improve my energy levels and cognitive function, as someone in their late 40s who has noticed a decline in these functions.

I hope to make a positive impact on discussions in this forum.

Very happy to become part of this community. 😉

Welcome. As someone in their late 50s, I understand about the decline in energy and cognition, esp the last couple of years. These are some of the issues I'm trying to address. Good luck.

We probably have the same goals.

My approach is to build the foundations first, then repair, then optimize cognition.

I am going with this approach:

1. Reduce inflammation and improve repair.

Glutathione + KPV.

2. Mitochondrial optimization

SS-31, MOTS-C, 5-amino-1mq.

3. Structural healing

KLOW, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin.

4. Sleep and recovery

DSIP, Epitalon.

5. Cognitive optimization

Selank, Semax, Kisspeptin, PE-22-28.

6. Neuro-longevity

Pinealon, Cerebrolysin, VIP.

This is not an exhaustive list and may be subject to changes. I am only at stage 2. Obviously there will be overlap with many of these peps and stages, so it is a work-in-progress.

I have tried stage 3, but I found SS-31 to be too expensive to run for any meaningful amount of time, and MOTS-C was too overstimulating (completed a week of each).

Going on holiday soon, then will start stage 4 when I get back.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention, running Reta (2mg/week) from stage 2 and will continue to run throughout (same with glutathione and KPV).

I am running Reta, KPV, Glutathione and KLOW.

Waiting to get back from holiday before I start Cjc+ipa, and then overlapping onto DSIP, Epitalon after a couple of weeks.

I always start one peptide at a time (for around a week) to try to judge it's affects before adding anything new.
