Hey everyone, checking in from South Carolina in the US — where it's chilly at times but mostly just brutally hot and sticky. Thrilled to be part of this forum so I can connect with people who share similar interests, and above all, to pick up knowledge from all of you.

I've spent roughly a year involved in this space, and I genuinely think certain peps have made a real impact on how I've been recovering from a few injuries (rotator cuff, tfcc, meniscus). Yeah, sitting still isn't my thing lol.. I'm big on sports and staying active, but getting older is DEFINITELY not gentle. That said, I'm super thankful for science and the way it boosts our quality of life. Hopefully I can pass along what I've picked up from my own experience, and also find out about other peps I'm curious about from the group (all of you). Looking forward to the ride and thanks ahead of time for everyone's input, contributions and insights.

Edited to also mention that: I'm keen to learn about Reta since I want to start that journey, right now I'm 195lbs and 22% body fat, with a goal of 180lbs at 15-18% body fat.

Sports I enjoy and currently play:

-Padel🎾

-Pickleball🥒

-Ski (snow) ⛷️

-Road Cycling 🚴🏽

-Weightlifting 🏋🏽

Many thanks!

Additionally, should anyone here be an active user of NAD+ and combines both IV and injections, I'd be glad to hear from you. Right now I take 750mg p/month by IV, though I've been wondering whether pinning once or twice per week in between IV's, as a form of maintenance, might bring meaningful extra benefits.

My NAD+ arrived not long ago, and I'd also like to learn how other people are going about treatment with it.

Which protocol are you planning to use? I’m a massive supporter and enthusiast of NAD+, and I genuinely believe it’s a fantastic “tool”. For me personally, the advantages are quite obvious (clearer mind/no brain fog, improved focus, increased energy, better sleep, quicker recovery), I truly adore it.

NAD+ gets pinned by me at 1000mg on M/W/F, 3 sessions per week.

Here's how my routine generally runs:

  • 4:30 AM is when I get up
  • Bathroom, hop on the scale, dental care, then into gym clothes
  • Tonal session lasting 45 mins - 1 hour, length varies by which program I'm on
  • Once training wraps, I take that day's shots out of the fridge so they can reach room temp (I draw them up the night before, just before bed, typically around 9:00 PM).
  • 6 am, quick shower rinse
  • At 6:15, that day's stacks get pinned. Right now that means KLOW daily, NAD+ on M/W/F, and Sema plus MOTS-c on Saturdays.

Sema has been in my routine for 8 weeks, while everything else just wrapped week 2. Differences are already showing up in how I look and feel. My tendinitis has improved a lot, and my skin appears smoother.

I've only just begun taking nad+, and I'm eager to gain more knowledge.

Wondering whether those numbers come from estimates, or if you've actually run a body fat test or used some kind of projection method.

There’s a Styku machine at my gym that provides body composition readings, though I doubt it’s super precise. Even so, I treat its output as a reference point, and in a few months I plan to get a full dexa scan done.

Glad to have you here! Looks like our journeys overlap. My own introduction to peptides came about because of an injury from running. Currently, I'm at phase 2 of that process. DEXA, Styku, and Inbody/BodPod are all available to me, which is lucky. Once I get access, I can't wait to dive into the fitness sub!

I'm hoping this is a joke 🤣

Began today with 50 mg, continuing that for 3 days. After that, I'll raise it to 100 mg and stay there until the vial runs out. For the following vial, I plan to include either mots c or ss 31

I'm dealing with a lot while recovering from a serious arm injury and ulnar nerve damage. The peps are definitely making a difference, and I'm thankful I came across them

What makes you wish it were a joke?
I don't mean any disrespect — it's simply that a 1000mg NAD+ dose, whether taken all at once or split across the same day, is something I've never come across anyone doing. If that's something you can handle, then wow, that's seriously impressive and seriously strong.

That's fantastic, wishing you a swift recovery. I'm all too familiar with that kind of pain and frustration. Believe it or not, I hurt my left wrist playing padel almost 4 weeks back—it's the tfcc/ulnar region, and I'm currently working through the healing process. It's making me crazy since I can't play any racquet sports or do any gym lifting that uses my arms, which is incredibly annoying.

Glad to have you here. Reta has me pretty enthusiastic too. The feedback coming from members on this board and elsewhere has been really positive. How did you treat your rotator cuff? After my elbow operation to fix a torn ligament, I went with BPC and TB, and the results were excellent.

For every one of my injuries, I've been using a Bpc/tb blend, and it looks like they've helped recovery move faster — particularly once I began PT, cutting down how long I had to spend doing PT.

After my elbow surgery, my ortho was impressed by how well I recovered. I mentioned that I was using BPC and TB. He didn't know what they were, but he told me, "If it works, keep doing it!"

NAD has only been in the picture for 2 days, so results are still unclear. Since last June, a lot of research has been done, and everything has looked positive. A severe injury that changed life dramatically has seen major gains. There is no way this is going to beat me down — feeling thankful while putting in the work to regain use of the arm and hand. Reta started in December. Tesa/Ipa ran for multiple months, along with ss31, mots, c, tb/bp, KPV, ghk, and quite a few others rotated in. Come May, it will be 2 years since the injury happened. Progress is slow, but the key is not letting it discourage you!
